Thanks for sharing. The two bottom bolts can be fiddly to mate - be patient and do not use force. Entering the bolt on the side can help align the mount. The mount looks and feels sturdy, but it will vibrate and shake a lot. Try to mount whatever you're mounting as close to the mount as possible, and keep the weight as low as possible.

Of course it will help the feel but adding an exhaust will really help performance.

No, in general there should be no slop but everyone has a different definition of this. I would double check the part numbers for the PUIG levers you bought to be sure.

The mounting of these frame sliders are absolute shit. It's not the sliders fault, but Triumph decided that a nut inside a deep enginge tube mount is a good idea. Also, the all metal lock nuts are horrendous. Another thing is that the bolts are of different thread measurment. Like, just use one type of threading. So dumb.
