Hi - was wondering if you could help me at 3:00 on my trident there seems to be a flat "button" piece of metal blocking the whole on my trident which is stopping me from being able to screw the spool into. any chance you remember how you got it out? thanks.

Should just be a plastic cap that you can use a flatblade screwdriver to get out.
