Ive been in high diamond since season 3 playing on and off, but i always got diamond easly after taking breaks etc. I took a break in all of 2024, came back in early December started decided to play some ranked, my last rank was high d2, got placed into emerald 4 and ive been stuck there for over 50 games. the ammount of trolls ive seen in emerald ive never seen in 10+years of league

Have been playing ranked since 2017, started off in silver and made it to diamond for 2023 & split 1 of 2024. Split 2 I couldn't escape emerald 4, now at the end of the 3rd split I'm struggling to even make it into emerald. Consistent skill canyons in every game between one of the roles.

There a lot of Iron players better than Diamonds. Just not fit the mental of playing it a lot.

Emerald is so bad. I have some people on my team and the other team that play like T1 in game 5 of their finals at worlds, then I get kadeem the next game. Its hilarious.

Ngl imo red always had it, braum was decent and had good plays in early but tristana didnt take advantage of that and sion most of the cases (or atleast the important fights) was usually not there and comes in late

Everyone plays ranked, even those who have no intention of playing competitively. This leads to people who want to try hard and compete playing with and against people who don't care at all. Recipe for a massively toxic atmosphere. So no, don't play this game until they institute some requirements to que for ranked.

If someone is genuinely inting then they deserve to be flamed and insulted. But if it's just a bad player or a bad game (esp against a snowball-y champ or literal challenger smurf), or someone or limit testing and fuckd up, they don't deserve to be flamed. You're not entitled to just insult people without consequence. Riot needs to do a better job at punishing inters and throwers. There used to be tribunal but Riot mfs removed it. Imo Riot doesn't care they just do whatever makes the most money at this point, and toxic people and smurfs are paying customers. I'd even argue that snowball-y, smurf-filled games have a gambling/rng aspect to them that Riot inadvertently takes advantage of to make League even more addictive

The sett build physically Hurts me, barely any hp so W doesnt do damage and hes squishy either the standard stridebreaker Hullbreaker bloodmail build or heartsteel Titanic hydra bloodmail wouldve been so good
