A true man always respects women and I wouldn't have it any other way. Ah lack of sleep and lots of incoming thoughts I know those feelings all too well. The joy and good vibes is infectious. There is always nurturing and teaching to judge other people's character, nothing wrong with instilling that skill to rationally avoid any potentially dangerous or bad circles. It is good qualities to have, toughness and might I add conviction tempered with kindness and wisdom of course. I'm clearly rambling but to sum up your son is in great hands! Yes, whatever hobbies kids develop we have to wait and see but there is no harm in introducing him to the lighthearted cartoons or comics in small amounts. The beauty is there are so many positive activities to choose from, there is something for everyone : )

As badass as the action scenes were I really appreciated the caves scenes, slowly seeing the drab cave become a home hit me in the dad feels, got a little 2 year old girl; clearly I'm an easy mark for this one :P Hearing a lot of positive early review buzz for Absolute Superman, looking like DC has really hit the mark with these titles.

Lanterns are part of the DCU. In the past I had your thought only instead of using The Batman I proposed James Gunn use the established animated universes to bridge the gaps. Animation to films on equal footing not films branching out to "optional" cartoons. Way simpler my way. At this point bring in Matt Reeves universe I'm for it, I am starting to feel like James Gunn bit off more than he can chew; unless everything is secretly under control just close to the chest. Honestly good casting is what kept me interested. I do agree some costumes leave much to be desired from the leaked photos. Call it an unsubstantiated hunch but I'm more worried about The Brave and The Bold than Superman.

great to see you back! I'm in a very, very similar boat. The Energon Universe & Conan books pulled me back. Jumped onto the new Ultimate books when I heard the positive buzz and really enjoying them. Decide to give the Absolute line and shot and was blown away. AS good as Batman was I think WW was even better! Fingers crossed Jason Aaron lands with his Superman book.

I know Yanick Pacquette won a best art review for this and i would say he earned it but I definitely agree this was the worst thing hands down I've read by Morrison. *Everyone is garbage except Wonder Woman, especially the frat girls we're supposed to like--especially the fat one who ate the food for the poor and is proud. I especially dislike how they have it that Hippolyta killed Hercules. (I know he isn't a good guy, and his death is pretty embarrassing, but it's just another example of trying to elevate the greatness of your characters by diminishing another.)

I just read the compact version and was underwhelmed. I found the dialog and many of the panel layouts hard to read. Of course it also had a lot of overt bondage stuff that was kind of cringy!

i think this story is a “you love it or you hate it” because i’ve heard people say this is one of the best riddler stories or it’s one of the worst

Personally I don’t care for the Disney machine. The "that is me" feeling is prevalent in all great fandoms. If you do it you have to go for 110% or else it can too easily become "put on a pedestal, hero worship or not in good faith misrepresentation" as opposed to proper representation. Is Michael B Jordan good enough yes but that is where the crucial great writers come into play. The setting, clothing and dialogue have to feel like he belongs there, it needs to be seamless and at no point should he feel out of place. I’ve learnt that drawing a different hairstyle or clothing drastically changes what someone looks like. All the parts add up. If he is ripped like a Greek god, does the things Greek gods do and carries himself like Hercules: by all measures he is essentially fictional Hercules and not someone posing as him. Explaining why he is black is an opportunity at additional internal consistency so it is really up to the script. There are no strict standard features for good or evil individuals you choose from what is cool and memorable. In general stereotypes are a big problem. If you don’t understand/know enough then you fall back on useless stereotypes. Expand on archetypes, never stereotypes. The Taylor Swift coverage sure was something wasn’t it? XD Credit where credit is due I do quite like 2 of her songs but I am most definitely not what you’d call a fan cause I think she is overhyped. Promise hit the nail on the head about target demographics and the effectiveness of her teams.

As I understand it the game devs has no idea what they are doing because they literally "new talent". Behind the scenes, the old Rocksteady creatives left which explains why they made idiotic/confusing design decisions. As much as I love Captain Boomerang, I think Mirror Master would have been better gameplay wise. Imagine him trapping the League in the Mirror dimension and smashing them to pieces to get past their invulnerability/resistance. Travelling through reflective surfaces would be so cool and it fits the multiverse travelling story. Yes in is canon and directly follows Arkham Knight. I am pretty sure it is not Elseworlds from what I've read but info is hard to find and conflicting. So much is up for interpretation as it happens off screen. DLC plans could change that. I only watched the cutscenes and not a full chapter playthrough. I argue King Shark's written well but every other member of the squad is unlikeable by the end even if they have some good moments. Apparently they gave up on a Batman Beyond game with Damian Wayne using scarecrow fear toxin for this.

I also don't understand how the villains have all survived, but the heroes have been taken over??

This game is only for those "cutscenes movies" thats all its that bad its not worth playing
