Agree people should wait until actual confirmed details are released. If he is guilty of assault then yeah he's done and they'll need to recast. Again we need to wait though, people should never lose their careers based on accusations alone.

I totally agree with that. I'd be very surprised if they don't recast if he's guilty as disney did get rid of Gina who played Cara Dune in the Mandalorian after saying some words,

Marvel cancels Jonathan, we cancel Marvel. Worst case scenario, he lost his temper and made a mistake but why should his career suffer? I'm sure both parties will reach an honorable agreement, no need to cancel anything.
