I did not have the pleasure to experience that :( Perhaps this was a shorter flight so they did not provide the full works? On longer flights, they usually have the full caviar service with mother of pearl spoon, unlike the token caviar placed on the smoked salmon appetiser here.

Hi John, assuming you mean you will be flying on Singapore Airlines in Business Class from Brisbane, Australia to Bangkok via Singapore, you will be able to access the Singapore Airlines SilverKris lounge located at Brisbane airport International Terminal Level 4, near Gate 81. Upon arrival in Singapore Changi airport, if your onward connection on Singapore Airlines is in Business Class, you will be eligible to enter the SilverKris Business Class lounge located in Terminal 2 and 3. I would recommend visiting the Terminal 3 SilverKris lounge as it is newer. But if your flight departs from Terminal 2 and your transit time is short, you might have to settle for the Terminal 2 SilverKris lounge, which is not as new or fancy. Hi Philip, the inflight entertainment is covered at the 02:45 mark of the video. On the 737 Max, there is a 16 inch touchscreen display with a variety of movies and programs to choose from. Unfortunately for flights to Penang (and likely to Kuala Lumpur as well), headphones were not provided so passengers can only watch video without audio. This greatly affected our inflight experience, even for a short 1 hour flight. Hopefully they will reconsider this cost-cutting measure.

@@OrientTravellerZ SGD 200 for this flight is a steal IMHO. Qantas charges way more than that for a 1-hour business class flight on SYD-MEL route (or the other way around) on their old and tired Boeing 737 with inferior food too. Thanks for sharing this video.

Hi there, I would say for families, stay in the North Tower suite. While the South Tower suites were renovated recently, the fancier design elements may not be comfortable for kids. The North Tower suites have a more traditional sofa and TV layout as well as a bathtub. Also note that the flooring is different, the North Tower is carpet while the South Tower is hard floor laminate. The latter tends to get dirty easier. Hi Davin, the hotel has changed owners from Oakwood to Dorsett. While the rooms are likely still the same, the service level and experience may have changed since my last stay. That said, during my stay, the breakfast was a set meal. Hope this helps!

I entered the First Class check in via the normal T3 drop off area, nearest to Door 1. Quite understandable for cab drivers to miss the left turn to the First Class check in drop off point.
