I find it hilarious that people are blaming immigration for the housing crisis, most of them can't afford those homes and apts any more than the average income earning as well. Many immigrants are as homeless as non-immigrants. If one's imcome is still as high and higher, yet the cost of housing has tripled, why not focus on the real culprits, how about pin pointing that instead of causing more hysteria about immigrants. I moved from Norway to Canada because my wife is from here. Honestly, I don’t think it’s that bad. Gas prices are half of what I’m used to, food is about three times cheaper, and housing is actually possible to afford. Plus, my pay is around the same as it was in Norway. That said, I think Canada could benefit from more socialism. It’s tough to see people going to work when they’re sick, and most people only get two weeks of vacation unless they’ve been at the same job for 20 years. Offering five weeks of paid vacation to anyone with a full-time job could really improve things here, just like it works in Norway. Regarding housing, while Canada faces challenges, it's not alone. Portugal, for instance, is dealing with significant housing issues, including a chronic shortage of affordable housing and rising rents, leading to widespread protests and government interventions.

As a Turk, I can say that the Dutch should feel comfortable and not become a minority in their own country and they should keep their way of life. I think they should have taken action on this from the beginning. for exp they made a mistake by inviting people from Turkey's least developed regions and granting them citizenship in 1960s. Unfortunately, they are mostly Erdogan supporters now. Some of them are not even Turkish but Kurds that the Western supports. If they get to know Kurds better, they will see that they are way less integrated into Europe.I have been to the Netherlands, and I don't think Turks cause as much trouble as other ethnic groups, at least. Anyway, the Dutch are right to worry about their own country. I hope the problem will be solved without religious or international conflict.

The big problem with Wilders' platform is that he doesn't offer any feasible solutions. After a year of being the biggest party he hasn't put forth even one effective policy. All he does is cry about the problems without actually trying to solve them. If you look at where our food comes from - farmers compete across half a globe or more, depending on the product. I can buy beens from Egypt, bananas from South America, oranges from Spain. I do not see a reason why I would need to buy products from across half the world. So lets not produce for half the world if that hurts nature. Why pollute the air we breath and the water in our ponds? Give farmers a proper price for their products, and stop competition with half the world. Food doesnt need to travel that far. We can accept food isnt always in season, because we have plenty of it. Export our tech and businesses to other countries. Set up your green houses, your process plants, and harbors there. Build those roads and stock those shelves. Pollute your own country!
