Pay attention, kids. Jigs are in two meters: 2/4 and 3:2. AT THE SAME TIME. Michal knows exactly where the 3:2 is. Greatest rhythm guitarist ever.

This was in the early 1990s. My sister attended in person (I was so jealous!) but I recorded the concert on VHS. It was broadcast by a local TV station. I have all their CDs and never tire of them. I fell in love with Christy O’Leary❤.

If there has to be a ranking of 'Best Irish Fiddle Players', Kevin Burke is my choice as the very best, even above the great pioneer, Michael Coleman! His ability coupled with his musical sensitivity transends this world. First time I heard him play, it was love at first listen! Simply Brilliant.
