I used the lid that goes with the baking dish. If you don't have a lid available, you can use a plastic wrap too.

Are you sure that is 3.3kg of tofu pudding flour? it looks more like 330 grams. I don't think you would be able to dissolve 3.3kg with one cup of water???

You are right! The 3.3 kg is a typo error. The actual weight of 1 pk soybean pudding powder that we used is 80 g (2.8 oz). We appreciate you for catching it.

If you put a little pudding first on the bottom of the dish the cookies won't move around.This is the best banana pudding I have ever had 😘👍🏼

Thanks for posting. I have exactly the size of anchovies you use for the recipe and was looking for an answer if I need to gut them first. So glad to see that I don’t. It would be hard work. Not sure about refrying them again(for health reasons) and I will not put calamasi (?) sauce because I don’t have it. 👌🏻😊

Thanks for the comments. Refrying is an optional technique to make it more crispier. You can also substitute calamansi with lemon juice concentrate or with just simply white vinegar.
