One of the best scenes for Shadow was just his story in Shadow Gens. It’s quite hard to pick from Shadow gens, everything just hits so damn hard. Though the Mephiles boss fight’s ending is definitely a really funny scene to me. Though yeah, every moment you mentioned in this video are really good. (Especially Shadow removing his limiters against Mephiles in 06)

My theory (and SonicSong182's theory) is that Rouge wasn't certain if this was the real Shadow, so she tried to play her cards right by keeping information from Shadow to be safe. Though this doesn't excuse her actions when she STILL didn't tell him even after learning of the Shadow Androids and that Shadow was very likely the real Shadow just woth amnesia.
