thx for a video this tweaks are good, for games where your CPU was bad (i recommend to test on Snowrunner, BPM) Snowrunner (high poly texture of cabin (cockpit) quicker loads, now i am' not seeing intermediate blur result, when turn on first camera view) BPM (bullets per minute) - more smoothness when turning around by mouse i think CS2, Fortnite bad for testing (because this games often patches) Some japan games, games from consoles are good for GPU tweaks temperatures are now raising a lot on idle, in games - maybe on 2 celsius in game, ryzen 3700X
@Alchemytweaks
@Alchemytweaks 10 күн бұрын
I decide and I test the games that are the most popular - games that we care a lot for good performance , the reason "often patches" it's inaccurate , you don't define if a game is good for testing by this factor . To sum up I choose the competitive games and unfortunately I can't testing all games that exist or even 10 games to test for me it's a lot of time because I test latency and FPS with many repeats,tests, analysis e.t.c . Anyway thank you for your comment.

does this work in the same way in any version of windows? am currently with windows 11 so i want to know if 24 hex is still possibly the best option? also this is not related to the video but is okay to have nvidia latency mode in ultra with hardware acceleration and screen optimization activated? i mean these technologies don't bother each other, right? and what abt game mode in windows 11? i've seen ppl who say that it really sucks n others recommend to have it on so honestly i don't know what is more recommended.. anyway this video is amazing so ty! u're getting a new subscriber now :)

Hey, first of all I want to thank you for the sub ! 24hex based on my tests looks better but win32 is not something so incredible that should concern you , it doesnt matter the OS version actually , all values work the same , the only difference is usually from Clients Versions vs Server Versions which means by default they using different default preset values . Latency mode is good in ultra possibly but you must test how you feel , same for hardware acceleration and all other stuff , I may spent some time to those stuff. Again thanks for your support.

Hey, Congrats! I love your videos-it's clear how much effort you put into sharing these insights. I have two constructive suggestions: first, it would be great to see a bit more filtering between what’s real and what might be noise (in this video, for instance, most of it seems unrelated to actual environment variables and lacks support in available documentation). Second, consider running an ANOVA hypothesis test to ensure the performance gains you mention are statistically valid and not just perceived. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for you comment man , those types of comments definitely worths my time . I had it in my mind to use statistics to be more objective on my test analysis . For the first part about if something is real or not in fact it’s a real challenge but definitely I will put more effort to verify and confirm their existence. Thank you for that great comment.

I'm really curious about some other, very popular tweaks in the community. "DisablePagingExecutive", "CoalescingTimerInterval", "FeatureSettings", "DisableExceptionChainValidation", "KernelSEHOPEnabled", "EnableCfg" and I could point out many more but let's focus on these. If you did any performance analysis of these tweaks in the past please ignore my question. Disabling Spectre/Meltdown mitigations would be also cool, especially on newer system as if I remember correctly someone in the reddit stated that disabling this mitigations is in fact not recommended on the newer intel systems, probably Gen9+. I always did this tweaks on my Ivy Bride system back in the day, now I leave it on default.l, e

with the IO_REQUEST_LIMIT, can you safely go beyond a value of 1024? And would you lose performance from going higher?, since it would have to take more I/O requests than a 1024 value would.

From where are those Tweaks, never heard or saw any reference to this. btw. i checked > "DISABLE_DYNAMIC_TICK" doesnt work. Its still enabled. And im pretty sure some or all of those settings doesnt even exist xD. Atleast not at that specified path in registry. bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes, works though. Timerresolution exists, too. But not in that path either.

@st1cky953
@st1cky953 12 күн бұрын
@@Alchemytweaks Because some Settings exist and not on that Path and some Settings are related to powercfg, not even registry REG_SZ. I don't know if the person who made this available was trying to fool people or... in any case, it doesn't look real. Some of those Settings can be verified, as i verified "disabledynamictick", it does not change. It stays default.

I was skeptical too when I saw them at first but for now I can’t say what exists and what not .
