Man this this the master. Love what this man could do with the Odyssey. Stars in your eyes, Chameleon and Ready or not are my favourites.

For those looking for the "pitch bent" phrase on Headhunters: I believe it's around the 6:55 mark on "Chameleon"

Wonderful video! I had the original Mk II back in High School/College (late ‘80s/early ‘90s) and thought I’d really scored when I was able to sell it for almost 10 times what I’d paid for it. Yes, I was wrong, and that was the beginning of me learning to never sell instruments, especially classics! So I was so excited when Korg announced this reissue. I bought the Mk II version, of course, but I have to say that Korg were well within their rights to have issued these three with the different filters and other minor differences. Major kudos to them for including all three filters! It makes up for the PPC controller rather than my beloved pitch pot! 😂

Hi ! I want to buy a Korg Arp Odyssey module and I would need some clarification... Can you tell me, please, if the white Korg Arp Odyssey module (Rev 1) is different from a technical point of view (on the electronic side) compared to the black module (Rev 3), or if they are totally identical in terms of technical structure, and only the color differs? I don't know why, but as many times as I listened to certain demonstrations on KZbin, I somehow felt that the white module (Rev 1) sounded more pleasant, having a "sweeter" sound, while the black module (Rev 3), seemed to sounds tougher... ! Thank you !

That out of tune part in Chamaleon and the way it settles in the key is one of the most amazing moments of the song.

This presentation brought a tear to my eye, from Birdland to R2D2 and the final reveal. Watching again in 2023 as a proud owner of an ARP 2600 M it still brings a tear. The ARP Solus makes the perfect analog controller for it, nothing beats the ARP-style portamento!

So you tune VCO to whatever note you want, then if I press a C on keyboard it will be a C? Im confused. So the tuning of the VCo is for the "sound" only, then the keyboard is a regular tuned keyboard?
