i have a question. I bought a zve10 with a kit lens. But im having problem with the lens sounding alot when zoming in and out. Is this common or is mine broken?

Cyber monday...trying to decide to buy with or without the kit lens. My main use will be low lit room for my DJ live streams so I still want to get a prime lens for that but I also want to do other stuff with the camera to. You sold me on buying with the lens.

Crappy light. Not stable at all, when lowering the intensity of the light. Light temperature is all over the place. If you don't have an expensive spectrometer to check the temperature of the light all the time, don't buy this light. Colo grading, white balance, combining it with other light will be a pain!

Wonder if paperlike iPad screen would work on it to reduce glare

Thank being said and since you are an expert, I would like to ask a camera question to anyone who knows, I recently bought 2 Sony ZVE10 cameras, after recording video, to transfer you are required to either remove the storage to transfer or disable PC REMOTE to enable mass storage, this seems like a pain since I have camera directly connected to my PC. Is there a way without getting up for each camera after shooting and change settings to transfer the video files. Maybe a special duel memory card adaptor or anything, even my old camera did not need this...please help, anyone.

I love your video style. I just bought the zv-e10 this weekend. The last part you were talking about with lighting and overcoming the shortcomings of the lens is really inspiring. This is my first quality camera I have only ever used my phone or a webcam for content. Lighting has definitely been a game changer and I find myself already constantly thinking about ways to get better shots and better lighting. Technically, the ZV E10 mark-i is the superior product overall. The mark-ii is overpriced and does not offer anything substantial over the mark-i for the price. The mark-i is a champ and is truly value for money. Very nice video.

ZV-EV10ii is knocking on the doorstep of the A6700 in price by a small margin. I agree. Bypass the EV10ii and be future proof with A6700 or the FX30. FX30 for me because of the fan. No overheating worries for 4K videos,

So, your decision formula is sound and very well thought out; perhaps I would suggest to also sometimes try and not overthink things to much. Moreover, sometimes it's better to rely on your gut and, and it's a big and - your ability to adapt in a moment. Have some faith in yourself. Now hear me out, I think maybe you need to move on to something else as your focus. Almost all your vids have lessons about life incorporated into them and I think you'd do well building a channel around that. You ever see the better ideas channel; this could be your niche. I obviously know you only through the lens of your channel but based on that - you're a teacher, and I think you've kind of hit a bit of wall with film. This channel is dope and you keep getting me back into film through it so I hope you don't drop it fully, but I feel like you can do better, or rather I feel like you can do something that will be better for you, more rewarding. Again though, I don't really know you so take it with a grain of salt, but at the very least it would be wise to let the above simmer a bit before, well before making a decision.

In the 60 seconds you spent going on about double zippers, you wasted all the valuable seconds you gained with a double zipper. The side pocket with metal tab, red hexagon was screaming at me and you totally overlooked it. Overall, nice bag but I'm not sure I'd spend that kind of money on it. If the main compartment twisting magnetic lock was programmable, that would be a game changer and maybe worth the money imo.

The ten bit is not even necessarily better and you are 100% correct there are a LOT of tubers who overkill just because they feel good. KZbin even 4K is overkill.

The mark 2 is not heavier, it's bigger and lighter. I'm not one who has to see everything new and improved. Especially things that work. But key points of improvement are really practical, like the bigger battery. Just this alone is I think huge. I'm sick of batteries quitting right when I don't expect. It does have electronic image stabilization, but I shoot with a tripod. The better sensor and battery sell it for me. The other upgrades are icing.
