I don't think so, as it requires regicide/underground pass, which requires 25 ranged. In the old system it wouldn't have mattered, since I hit the 10k hitcap already. In the new system however... it would have been very useful, that's for sure! Thanks for your comment, The Dig Site 😁

I wear a melee kiteshield, which puts my magic accuracy in the negative (you can see it say 0% accuracy when looking at BM's information window) - so I'll always splash. The only exception is when I use ingenuity of humans to force a debilitate, but I paired that with the bulwark perk on my armour - which makes debilitate deal no damage, therefore, no XP is awarded. The damage I deal with the reflect ability and my blood necklace passive effect doesn't award any combat experience.

I was considering that for ages tbh. It would make things like 3 times easier/quicker but I also wanted to revert to a low level 3a staffer (33cb) - resetting defence after having a bit of fun as a tank. I do have accounts with summoning - but not specifically a sum tank. Sum tanks are common and I prefer to walk paths that are not. Thank you for your comment! One of my iron sum tank friends did manage to get the igneous stone btw :o he only needed like 20 darts.

I'd say so, yeah. Thanks for that! I don't recall if you need to have accuracy in the positive in order for bombs to hit. I think you might, so in that case poison bombing might not work with a bone spear - you'd have to switch to necro weapons, which might be lower ability dmg and therefore less poison dmg. Also, idk if the new accuracy changes affect the damage of poison bombs. Might deal less dmg now. No time to test these thing unfortunately. So busy. Also don't really plan on doing combat on lvl 3s anymore. Thank you for commenting :)

@@minmaximust3053 I’ve been using the Caitlin staff instead of bone spear because I can’t disengage on mobile as quickly. So it should work fine since Pathfinder / Varrock Armour isn’t Mage armour

Hey cyha! I don't recall tbh, I'm sure I would've tried that since that's how I did my 1.5 hour speed run in the fight caves ^.^ I did test many things while using the Zuk checkpoint before trying the no checkpoint run. I was never able to consistently kill one each pizza phase unfortunately... Zealots amulet boosts damage by 10%, which is a lot if you deal a lot of damage. I don't deal a lot of damage though - 10% of not much is really not much lol. The strength boost from fury almost increases my damage as much as zealots, so I stuck with a blood fury, + it deals random damage and heals me as well. Didn't bother to bring zealots as a switch. I did however use zealots when I was going for speed kills at K'ril to get a slight edge. I have not made that video yet :o spoiler!

Thanks for the tips, man! I didn't think I had enough to talk about to talk constantly throughout the video - unless I include random irrelevant things, haha. Like one example was showing how many times I had to repeat a wave (sped up footage) to eventually deal 50k damage to Zuk. I'm not sure what to say while doing the same thing again and again, so I just played music for that section. Usually I choose to play music where there are long gaps in my voice overs. I did put one arrow and some occasional text to explain mechanics, but perhaps I should have communicated that verbally instead, as you suggested. I'll try to minimise text and rely on voice overs as the guide for future videos. Thanks again for your critique! ☺

Hey! Very nice, I hope you're enjoying the build. Experience goes a long way, so firstly I'd make sure you're good at basing or at least pet tanking on your main before trying to get a consistent team on a tank (it's hard enough even when skilled). If you're skilled already, you can try an fc, clan or discord. Raid fc won't let you - I think you would have figured that out already :P As for gear, I was using augmented Achto, but you could easily do it with superior ports or even just regular ports. Superior leviathan ring, reefwalker's cape and amulet of souls are all good jewellery for tank builds. Sign/portent of life is helpful for fails too.

Thanks a lot! I actually got most of my constitution XP from high level shattered worlds, back when I had defence on the account. Main damage methods were armour spikes + ancestor spirits aura + reprisal ability :P I did that during multiple DXP live events and with bonus experience as well. Thanks for commenting!

Yeah, Meliwa is a 1 defence pure I know who kills Zuk easily. A few others have also. Yes, a dtd is used on the middle Fatal TzekHaar-Yt-HurKot, then devotion the magic/ranged ones. This is how to complete the wave flawlessly as a 1 def pure.

No, if you have 0% accuracy (possible by wearing a t1 weapon with mismatching armour) you'll still splash and never get XP - thank goodness!! Good question though! Thanks for your concern 😉

If you force negative accuracy, you'll have 0% hit chance no matter what you fight. Since it's a new system - there might be some exceptions so do be careful. I tested it on a level 1 rat though and i consistently splashed. You can safely try it since you only get like 1hp xp if you happen to kill one.@@doesthismakeanysense3277

It'll take a great deal of work to bring it back - but if they managed to do it, it'd be a huge selling point like it was in the past! Imagine how many players there would be if PVP was attracting as many players, or more - than PVM does 🤔 Decades ago, the main reasons to skill, quest and PVM was to gather resources, gain advantages and train up stats in preparation for PVP. PVM was secondary 😯 The primary goal was to be a good PKer - everything else was "part of the journey"
