Thanks a lot for saying that, Proxy! It really depends on what you're fighting. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. 1 attack and ek-zekkil has the accuracy comparable to someone with 80 attack and a t80 weapon, so you will miss considerably on targets with very high defence. That being said, an attack pure has their ability damage halved when compared to players whose strength level matches the tier of the weapon they're wielding. For example: an attack pure with t95 swords will have t95 accuracy and t48 damage - and a strength pure with a t95 sword will have t80 accuracy and t95 damage, so the strength pure comes out on top from the perspective of "free levels" since it's almost like the strength pure gets 79 attack levels worth of accuracy without needing to level attack. Then there's berserk - which makes the strength pure deal not double, but quadruple what the attack pure can. Also chaos roar, stacked with the ek-zekkil spec is so broken :O I can deal well over 40k damage combining those two abilities. There are strong advantages for the attack pure though, too. The abyssal scourge has a very nice passive which deals increased damage. Attack pures have a lot more variety when it comes to special attacks and putting them into an EOF. These special attacks significantly increase survivability, for example vesta spear and nox scythe reducing and reflecting damage, and the saradomin godsword healing lifepoints and prayer. An attack pure also has access to completely different abilities - some notable ones would be that they can use greater barge and stack that with greater flurry, which is really nice. Balanced strike which can deal a reasonable amount of damage and also heal you at the same time. Also hurricane - which is probably the ability that I miss the most when playing on my str tank XD If a strength pure dueled an attack pure, the strength pure would win. If a strength tank dueled an attack tank, the attack tank would mostly win. I think it mostly comes down to accuracy, but they are both really strong builds. Good question ;)

i have 2 maxed str pures, one of them the exact build you made :) Terrasour and Terrasaur both maxed out on gear and perks. Let me know if you want my perk setup for the tank acc. i made a "maxed" perk setup for 1 prayer on it.

Yes, I recall dueling you on Sir Wall Ace ^.^ I'm a little jealous tbh, as I levelled up my magic so that I could surge - then Jagex swiftly removed said magic requirement X^D Your acc looks so clean with lvl 1 attack, ranged and magic :) Sure! I'd like to know what gear and perks you use. I have my own ideas - but I need 119 invention first, in order to get an ideal setup. You can respond here or on discord, whichever you prefer. XD it's a progressive video. It starts out slow and gets more intense toward the end. I wanted to show how difficult starting out was. The struggle getting money together and skilling as a level 3 at first, then questing to my desired stats and finally my PVM challenges toward the end. From a level 3 getting slaughtered by everyone, to a level 82 capable of killing 138 mains and surviving Yakamaru.
