Hi I have electric scooter, i am planning to make project using arudino, my plan is while accelerate the vehicle, by tracking belt rotation speed to make sound using a speaker, basically electric vehicle with acceleration sound, without touching any internal wiring, please help me with it

Do you have to use 3 blue LEDs and 2 Red LEDs in this project? I saw your Ghost Internet Notifier Project and I was thinking if this one could be designed like that other one in terms of the 3D printing. In other words, I wanted to know If I can use 1 LED for both "red" and "blue" signals, if you know what I mean.
