I had a nap to this and dreamt of berating Jeff for rating Chip & Dale under Duck Tales, but he wouldn't listen and kept asking: "but is it better or worse than spondulouses?"

Acclaim didn't make this Simpsons game. Acclaim is a publisher. Imagineering is the developer of this, Swamp Thing, Home Alone 2 and other games on the same engine they reused.

One of my favourite parts of Jeff CoD videos is always the handful of comments from the “true gamers” who feel the need to tell everyone CoD sucks, has no personality, all look the same, go play JRPGs, etc. It’s like I’m back in 2011.

RBI Baseball is great at what it does, but...better than Blaster Master?! Hard disagree there. I 100% agree with the tileset being ugly in Rad Gravity, though. Xevious is a classic for sure. I remember the port on the Xbox 360 Namco compilation having a decent port of it. Wally Bear is your run-of-the-mill unlicensed rubbish, but Pool of Radiance is interesting. I didn't play much of the classic Gold Box D&D games, but I did get far into The Bard's Tale which is kind of reminds me of.

The NES Predator game was my first experience with the Predator franchise. I'd heard of it from friends who were allowed to watch R-rated movies, but I wouldn't see the actual movie until years later. Heck, I saw the sequel before even seeing the first one! (Never really made it anywhere in the actual Predator game either)

Originally he was supposed to be a molester and a child killer but because of stuff that was going on at the time they had to tone back the molester aspect even though it's been hinted at in every movie but was never directly referenced so it was subtext

Wasn’t super into it compared to MWIII at first. Gonna keep giving it a try, but my wife and I play most nights and atm we’re both kinda not digging the split screen experience with this. Rendering is better than MW, but the FOV makes it weird and the UI does not fit at all

If you're like me and sometimes skim these videos, do yourself a favor and watch the entirety of the Predator segment. The game really manages to keep one-upping itself in its... inexplicability.

Definitely prefer final kill over best play. Prefer a lot of things of older CoD era. These newer CoDs are okay but just don't feel as fun. Wish they didn't disband lobbies.

Pack-In-Video, developers of Predator, also made the games for Rambo and Die Hard. They’re weirdly ambitious in places and take artistic liberties with their titles and I kinda love them for that.

I really like how your take on DK Jr. Math doesn't boil down to "it's bad because it's an educational game" like so many others, but instead you explain why it doesn't work and how a math game could potentially be good on the NES. There's so much knee-jerk anti-educational-game sentiment on KZbin and it's always nice to see actual thought put into the subject!

You basically need to collect all the money and diamonds (and some of it is very well hidden) in The Addams Family otherwise you can't beat the game. A flawed game which can actually be fun when you get into it. One of the better Ocean games on NES.
