Being a Nintendo guy in the 80s/90s in the UK it's strange, I hear from gamers who were adult or old teenagers during this time and they say nobody they knew had a NES but me as a child during this time, everyone of my friends had a NES, I thought the NES was a big deal in the UK like how it was in the States but only learned as an adult that it really wasn't a major console over here.

Its like the developers of Colour a Dinosaur tried to make their own version of Mario Paint for the NES and just gave up after they implemented colour fill feature. Mario Paint was the shit when I was 11/ 12 years old. A box of Crayola and a Dinosaur colouring book would be preferable to that. Super Cars is like Super Sprint mixed with RC Pro-Am. It also gives me Hot Wheels for the C64 vibes. I remember playing Super Sprint for the NES back in the day. You will get around to reviewing that one eventually.

Super Cars reminds me a lot of Death Rally, a PC game from the 3D Realms era. I feel like I probably would have liked it a lot, had I owned/played it as a kid. Though I think Death Rally did it a lot better.

Y'know, I'm surprised a digital coloring book game hasn't blown up on Steam. Seems like a real easy-ass thing to make and the DLC practically sells itself. Who knows, maybe those do exist and I've just never searched for 'em, but it seems like something that people would get into, right? I did a TAS of that Muppet game (not published, I'm not patient enough to make _real_ TASes) but it clocked in at 31 minutes and looking it up, WR non-TAS runs are like 27, so I didn't do too bad. And man, if you think any of that game is boring at full speed, imagine it at the 12% I played at. If you haven't watched a run of that game, please do so just to see the the truly terrible final platforming stage with Kermit, featuring a final boss so busted that even after checking a guide I _still_ wasn't entirely sure how to hit the damn thing.
