My neighbor's zero turn got something bent left side. Slightly blade was hitting. I had to take the deck off and hit it 3 times with a sledge hammer. I was able to test the blade that it didn't make contact. It was a easy fix
@Trump985Ай бұрын
I love how people say it hit something. How about just normal mowing? These “residential grade” mowers are complete garbage and can’t even mow normal stuff without these decks bending, spindles breaking, ect. They are only good for cutting frequently mowed golf course quality grass. As soon as you get into normal stuff like brush and tall weeds these POS mowers bend and break. You have to spend a small fortune for a commercial grade mower or deal with this crap every singe time you use it🤬🤬🤬

I don't like it. If your engine is hot and you switch off and go to start it back up it is flooded. All this to replace a simple choke cable

Is it For Sale? 22 years ago, I bought a New 420, when I first saw one, my thought was, it’s a miniature skidder. With close to 700 hours on the 3 cylinder 21 horse gas Kobota, I keep telling others that it’s a Gargoyle. If I can’t find attachments like yours, then I will build them.

I can confirm that the single butterfly valve carb design connects in a similar fashion. Also there is no adjustment on this system. Just make sure you have the correct return spring, linkage and bushing on the carb side. Make sure there are no cracks or damage on the vane and everything is clean of dirt and grime so the vane can operate freely. He could have removed the carb so you could see the choke valve move in concert with the air vane but this is good info nonetheless. Can you please make a video on how the thermostat works on the other side of the carb in connection with this? Thank you!

From the looks of it, deck has much more going on with it than just being bent! Cannot fix the rust-weakened stress points or the metal fatigue from all the obvious abuse. From a safety standpoint, buy a good used deck from the lawn mower salvage yard. Cannot believe someone would allow their deck to get in that bad of shape to begin with. Do not want to EVEN think about the condition of the engine or transmission - Oh my!

Way over the top IMHO. Special tools, custom built steel stand. This isn’t easily replicated without spending hundreds of dollars and time. It took me less than a minute to hammer mine top deck back into spec

I can’t remember exactly but I believe I had to be careful when making the adjustments to the hangers that the threaded rod wasn’t sticking up to high that it would come in contact with the belt when cutting at the highest setting. 🤷♂️. It’s been a while 10-12 years it I’m glad I realized it at that time. I’m getting ready to change the drive belt and two pulleys and I saw your video about the pulley above the transmission and I’m wondering if that’s not the noise I am hearing. My drive belt is original from 2011. Shouldn’t I change now ? I’m also gonna adjust my pedals. I can’t thank you enough for your videos on the JD x300. 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks for the information. My 27 hp B&S will crank but wont start. If I spray in carb cleaner, it will start. I'm thinking the auto choke is sticking. I have had to start it this way the last 3 times. I will check the condition of the choke. Thanks

Question, what would be the cause of the drive assist not working fully? When I squeeze the drive lever completely it won’t drive. But if I squeeze just a little, it will go.

Why did Husqvarna make 2 saws so close in comparison?
@EshlemaniaTV7 ай бұрын
They actually made a few models that were very close. They made the 445 a 50 cc saw which made it basically the same as the 450.

Thank you so much for this. Finding any bit of information on this is a pain, and it is next to impossible to find any of the fittings or piping to replace of a few places charging like $20 for a fitting. I will probablly just look into replacing since this is the second time I've had a fitting break

My Uncle(owner of the Everglades Farm Equipment in Florida), brought a John Deere 420 in 1989 up to the family's summer property in North Carolina to mow 3 acres. It replaced a 318, that my grandfather used for several years. They had the 420 until 1998, when my uncle brought over a JD 455. The thing with the 420, was it got the yard mowed in about an hour or so, which was neat. Of course, trying to mow with it on a slope near a spring was tough, as sometimes the tractor would slide.

The Simplicity’s floating deck is a huge part of the even cut you get not just the strip it provides in your grass. It really does provide a better cut, but is more complicated and probably more maintenance. It’s all about the float. Important to some and not to others. I bought a John Deere S120 because I have a small yard, unaware that they put a total crap trans called TL2000 in them unlike these mowers with the K46. Looking to replace the JD before it dies at 200 hrs. They said I shouldn’t even be pulling a leaf sweeper in the fall with that machine. Not capable, lol.

We have 10 top handle saws , it's the 2 echo cs2511 's that get used the most . The handle feels just right in your palm , they dont clog up in the clutch cover when cutting small material , good performance and super lightweight make these unbeatable. Speed cut nano kits are available to change to mini 325 pitch

I have this problem after a visit to the dealer who updated the software. It turned out that when I bought a new power supply transformer a few years ago I bought a smaller one than recommended. Not sure how that happened! It worked fine for years (although it would have taken slightly longer to charge but no problem for me) until I got the new software. The only solution was to replace the transformer to the one recommended for my model at a considerable cost. You can turn off the charging safety feature in the advanced menu - but only temporarily. The time before it reactivates gets shorter and shorter the most you use it.

I've had a 450 for about 12 yrs now. LOVE IT. Absolutely love the start/choke combo. Very convenient and not having to touch it again for restarts is awesome from the auto return kill switch. Did have to replace oiler w one from 455/460 when I put the 20" on it. Wouldn't cut it even cranked way up on adjustment
