I actually felt that emotion and wanted to cry watching this. So heartbreaking they did something like this. Absolute credit to his teammate after he was given the title as the new winner, graciously declined and said he won and he will be getting this regardless of him receiving it. Its a lovely factor, however it takes away the acknowledgement he has been robbed which also comes with winning.

I wanna know the thought process behind that, he didn't interrupt anyone's race. Lloyd and the other guy were both finished so how could that interrupt anyone else??? using that logic, moving your arms a little bit too fast when you finished would be "interrupting another swimmer"
