theory: Tenna is clearly meant to be the TV, and based on an antenna, i mean, it IS like, an-TENNA, so, antennas many times get out of line causing static, And Mike can mean many stuff, like MIKE-rowave, MIKE-rophone, MIKE-rook™, or even the M™ in TM™ so, what if Mike is a old antigue from Toriel? Like a RADIO, and Tenna, being an anTenna, got out of line thus being an outcast and got a shadow crystal, and Mike, possibly being a Radio star himself, was the original ruler, and tenna, the TV, overthrew mike, so Tenna is still an outcast, out of line, like a *gangster* and Mike, being forgotten, Tried his best to remain sane, and mike determined, persevered and stole Tenna's shadow crystal, to try to get his power, thus making both Tenna and Mike insane, that or i have just eated too many shadow crystals.

Tbh I feel like we’re still gonna see Mike they just won’t be in chapter 3. Maybe somewhere down the line like in chapter 5 or six. And since spamtons riddled with mettaton references maybe Mike might look a lil like mettaton, who knows

JQR has done alot of Deltarune sprite animations,including a chapter one weird route concept which is another popular fanmade alternate route and a spamton EX fight concept They're all pretty good,and honestly AUs never really die,just look similar AUs to salt route like Dusttale and Disbelief and how many people come up with their own takes for them...
