If you watch closely he quite often used his right hand to setup for his left, his right was good enough that opponents still had to be wary of it and therefore couldn’t solely focus on defending the left hook which he would launch out of nowhere, might have been an irregular style of boxing but was terrifyingly effective on all except for foreman who was tailor made to beat Joe

The amount of class that foreman showed was amazing.... He didn't just win the fight.He won it convincingly. And yes if george foreman had met him ten or fifteen years ago just forget about it

All these fights PROVED that the "rumble in the jungle" was fixed. Ali hit like a little girl compared with all the sledgehammer punches foreman received throughout the years. And he never went down. Zaire was rigged. And FEAR made Ali fight a worthless old white guy instead of securing the IMMEDIATE automatic rematch with foreman. Facts

I don't believe that George really won the fight I believe that counting the number of punches landed and the number of punches thrown I believe that it was a almost even 50/50 win for both opponents they were trying to get George to cry about her not winning but George is a class act and one hell of a man and competitor shows true class and dignity and his last fight of his career he has nothing to be ashamed of and has nothing but respect for his opponents

Big George was so robbed! George is a gentleman by saying Shannon won. A true champion. Briggs was gassed and bloody-lipped and knew he lost. A false lineal champion. Sad to win it that way.
