What rear shocks are you using with the composite rear spring? I have a 67 427 with a new composite rear spring and I’m trying to get the bounce out of it

Car restoration is a waste of money. Parts are too expensive. I did one and lost my investment, never again and the classic car market will never get another penny from me.

What a shop ! How big is that place ? DId they build RV's or Airplanes there before ? And this guy has vw's too ? Interesting. Any recommendations on a paint gun ? I am thinking Sata for 700, there are Iwatas and they are like the same money. I have several to paint and am still annoyed that I have a devilbliss finish line gun.

New corvette looks nothing like a corvette. Wouldn’t it be brilliant to bring back the c2 body style in a brand new corvette. Just call it the stingray

A knock-off wheel fell off of my '66 Corvette today. Luckily I was only going 5-10mph. I've seen this video before, but didn't think it would happen to me. Gonna be an unpleasant conversation with the mechanic.

You mentioned that you used PPG paint and that this was done in the original color. Was it done in lacquer or was it done with modern paint? I have a 66 coupe restoring to factory condition, using PPG (prophet code) laguna blue in an original lacquer application, and thermoflux. Lotsa work doing it this way but is worthy for the deepness lacquer delivers, imho. Everything else makes the fiberglass look like plastic.

My '57 Bel Air was this color -Dusk Pearl - back when I was in college in the mid 60's. There were several around our small MN town at that time. My father had a Canyon Coral 210 model at the same time.

Need to drive your 2019 a little more a week. Once a week sitting in the garage long term higher chance of Engine parts will give out sooner. $50,000 is to high. But Great job on owning 2 tacoma's 07 & 19. 👍

So many key points in this video. Explanation is on point. What do you expect? What is work is expected from painter? What level of finish, orange peel or not? The fact that you are still doing some finish work after that cost of paint. Showing that it still needs to be cut and buffed, underhood still needs finishing. All these things that some would think was paid for at that cost. Pointing out all this and what has to be done to achieve the desired finish. Communication is key and everybody being on the same page. Each car is different. From the looks of pics that is a very good job. Especially if the materials were included in that price.

Hello again Junior. I'm writing from Barcelona. I love your videos. I've owned two1982 corvettes. The passion you have for rebuilding vettes is like an artist who loves their art. Would it be possible to talk about a C3 that will be built by putting together several donor C3 parts in order to arrive at a lower price? I would pay for it gradually as you gradually put the puzzle together. Then, finally, I would come see your shop personally and arrange for a shipment to Spain. Thanks, Steve Howard

Yeah I remember “the foam car” who could forget all that foam and the owner must have been sick when you found out all about it... beautiful job and that paint is perfect. When I am ready to buy a C2 it will definitely be one of yours, no surprises and worth EVERY PENNY knowing what you really have.

Can’t fathom how these C2 vettes are so expensive when all the parts are readily available everywhere, and they’re one of the easiest cars to work on.
