I am always game to add another restoration channel to my list of subscriptions... but my standards are pretty high. I would rate the restorations of yours I have seen so far on the level of Mr. Patina, My Mechanics, Not So Terrible Restorations, Tysy Tube, Cool Again Restorations, and others... I am subscribed to several. I am happy to have found another channel! Great work!!

Ктото может объяснить суть происходящего? Это не реставрация, но и не изготовление новой вещи. И для того и для другого результат плачевный. Для чего это нужно?

so much work, it's a sin to leave those holes in the wood...I know it's supposed to look old...but since so much work has gone into it...a little bit of wood glue and saw dust and it would have looked brand new.

18:00 You should have made new balls that are actually round and that roll straight! I think a heavier perfectly round ball would make it a game of skill. With wonky balls it's kind of a game of chance because you never know when the ball will take a turn.

With the surface cracks I would never have released the hammer?why first of all the hammer has not gone through no surface crack test with the beard he had a must.. And after processing it would have had to be re-hardened, so the hammer is soft in the surface

Thank you so much for sharing. I watched with my 5 year old and he said excitedly..."ok, he needs to show me how to do this!" It's very gratifying to get my kids excited for making/restoring things.

A real blacksmith wouldn't play such "miracles" even for five minutes. He would just throw the hammer into the fire and forge it again. In this way, he would obtain perfect surfaces - smooth and mutually perpendicular. But the most important thing is that it would harden the face of the hammer!!!! Good, professional work. I wonder what this work of art will look like after the first use? Because this hammer is too utilitarian to be a real work of art, and too artistic to be a utilitarian tool. And dilettantes write "great video" in the comments. ROTFL

Respect for using that awful wood veneer for an authentic restoration

I think you spring way to fast between the scenes. Can you please make the scenes a bit longer because its quite annoying when there are like 4 cuts in a second

Something is not right here, the title says that the table is from 1933, and at 1:57 they are processing a detail of the table, which seems to be made of chipboard, unless I'm blind, of course. But the chipboard was developed in 1956, although I met information that it was in the forties. But this essentially does not change it 10 years later.
