Watching this just reminded me of a friend who regularly used to say he hated men and if he had a gun he'd shoot them all. He'd say it regularly but I obviously didn't think he was truly serious. Later on I realised he was using some medication, I cannot remember what it was now bit it is banned now in UK. I do not trust ANY pharmaceuticals anymore. I take virtually none and I'm terrified of benzos especially. Stay vigilant people. There's very little profit in healthy people, keep that in mind.

Alost 3 years clean and I still have damage. Spasms and twitching and shaking in my calves/torso. Pinched nerve pain in my neck and left shoulder blade. I also have feelings of doom and dread. Feelings of hopelessness. Anxiety is not as bad but it's still there. Depersonalization is bad but it has made me see life in a new way. It's hard to explain. Do you have any thoughts on antibiotics with this journey?
@neighborbob3043
@neighborbob3043 Ай бұрын
Just that they can and oftentimes do make symptoms worse for some. The worst ones I know are flouroquinalone antibiotics. But, that being said, sometimes we "have" to take an antibiotic in withdrawal. If I need an antibiotic, I take this natural supplement instead first. So far it has worked great for me. The directions say 2 or 3 caps a day, I when sick I take three morning and night. Keep them in the fridge and they will last a long time. www.lifesourcevitamins.com/antibiotic-all-natural-antibiotics-90-caps-p-p/anti001.htm?gad_source=1 Hope this helps. Bob

Hi, I found your videos so helpful and hope that I would get some answers for my strange weird symptoms. I am now 10. 5 months off xanax, my physical symptoms are less, but I have intense mental issues, they were not as severe as now in earlier months. These mental feelings keep on changing, like today I felt like my brain is disconnected from surroundings and people around. I was just present, but couldn't feel or relate, like I don't exist, it' was so horrible and terrifying. Is this common in benzo withdrawal? Did you feel these types of mental stuff, where you are totally disconnected? I have heavy, weird , screwed feeling in head also. Please help.

I've messed around with benzos on and off for a few years and everytime I quit I have a seizure. Recently, I tried to taper off myself because I wasn't getting them the legal way after almost 2 years of 4-6 mg a day and by day 3 I had a seizure which caused me to faceplant and needed 9 stitches. I know I can get off them once I get passed the danger zone because I've done it multiple times. I really can't afford to lose my job over this so I've already made some doctors appointments to get off them the right way. I don't care about the mental stuff, I can deal with that, I just don't ever want to have another seizure again because it may be the last one. I ride a motorcycle to get to work too so the thought of seizing up while riding scares the shit out of me. I've got a 2 and a half year old and wife to care for. They got me through some rough times, but at this point in my life I know I don't need them anymore. I'll get through it.

I have gone through the worst wave at month 16-20 and I couldn’t for the life of me understand why I was just getting worse and worse. For the last 2-3 days there has been genuine improvement that feels different to the previous windows, my obsessive thoughts and burning brain really reduced. I have a number of symptoms and it’s still not right but I’m hoping this might be it, that it could be the last surge before I really start healing. Was your healing after the last wave instant or did things just gradually get better over days/weeks following that last wave until one day you were like everything is normal again? And is it usually around this 20-24 month mark that the last wave happens?

I have been great since the day I healed on Sept. 1st 2017. Sauna is something one needs to work into slowly. I advise you go to Amazon and buy a paperback book by Dr. Wilson all about near infrared sauna. I preheat mine for 10 min or so, if you have a near infrared sauna. You do not have to sit in nearly as high of heat, than if you are in a regular stone sauna. I like my infrared sauna at like 135 degree's or so. Start with 10 min and work up slowly from there. Ideally for any chronic health problem. I like to do an hour each morning, and one more hour about 8 pm. Feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] for more sauna tips. Oh, I forgot about the light. Near infrared penetrates like three to five inches. I have a four light 250 watt bulb system that you need to keep like four feet away. But on a budget a person can just buy one 150 watt "Therabulb" and reap some benefits at like the two to two and a half foot range. You obviously do not want to cook your brain, but changing where it hit's your head at a few times a day can be helpful in healing many health concerns, including with Benzo receptors. .

Thanks Bob. I’m 10.5 months from a Ct of clonazepam. I’m struggling hard brother. Depression, internal Akathisia i guess, fatigue, insomnia. It’s insane. SI. I struggle with the constant feeling that this is me. I need to do something to get out of this. Fix something. Or I’m not doing enough.

Infusions of NAD with Amino Acids stopped my withdrawals when nothing else could. I was dying and it saved my life. These infusions healed the neurological damage caused by Benzos. This is not an ad.
