I know that fasting has had tremendously good effects on my recovery and especially nerve regeneration. There is basically no limit as to what it has the potential to heal in my humble opinion. My next fast is March 1st and I will document it daily.

I do intermitent fasting every day, eating within 8-9 hours each day, I do a day of fasting sometimes, my longest fasting has last 4 days. I really want to go further in this ! I can't wait for you future videos and all the advices I can get from you, since I know fasting is a thing, I know it is the key to the hell I live since I am 16 years old.

I'm really glad about that Patrick! I kid you not, I had "NO" idea the burning low neck pain just off the left side of my spine had anything to do with Benzo's! I has been there for the past thirteen years and cost me thousands of dollars in Chiropractor bills, and just kept getting worse. It was so bad when I started my taper, that I literally could not stand the pain. Then about a year and seven months after my taper finished. Along about last Thanksgiving just after an eight day water fast. It was like the pain just shut off literally overnight, and one morning I was able to sleep like another three hours and woke up pain free! To my huge surprise, that very same fast healed my Hashimotto's Thyroid as well! Can I get off this clonazepam or not everyone in doctor land says that I should not have a problem if I taper off one quarter every two weeks and then after one mg taper.25 every two weeks until done I’m about be sent to nursing or mental hospital and lose everything I have to drive eighty miles when sick to see doctor and I am very depressed after cold turkey and I have went back to full dose don’t know what to do If I complain I will lose my meds and my mind can’t get any super ore understanding my goose is cooked worse than anything

It may be really hard. But if fully committed you can get off them in time after a slow taper. I had my 2 mg's of Clonazapam traded for 40 mg's of Valium/Diazapam then tapered from there. One can taper on their own, then each month they have extra clonazapam that they can store left over. That way as you keep tapering one has more left over (just in case in the future they tale all the Benzo's from you). You have enough to still taper slow. After I healed I threw like three bottles full of Valium in the trash and am drug free.

I never had visual snow in the past. Just during the 21 months of my withdrawal until I healed. Once I healed all the floaters went away, along with all other symptoms related to the Benzo's.

Your right ,you do sleep better when you don’t eat. This might be really hard for me to do a 10 day fast but maybe I will do small ones. I have done some and noticed I felt better the next day after waking up

Which Benzo are you taking Tony? I was on 2 mg's of Klonopin for over thirteen years. I switched over to the equivalent in Valium, which was 40 mg's. Then I started taking eight 5 mg Valium a night. Then cut like a half a 5 mg's every couple of weeks, and even slower than that near the end.

Ya know, I have been taking Xanax, only 1/8 to 1/2 mg at night to sleep, and usually only 2 or 3 times a week, but I've been doing that for over 10 years. I wonder if I have damage from that small amount? Now I had breast surgery, and have post-op chronic neuralgia. I wonder if nerve damage from Xanax made me predisposed to that?? Yikes. Even now, the Xanax helps with the pain from the neuralgia. I am going to try fasting to get rid of this pain, it is horrible, like a 3d degree burn. We eat a pretty healthy diet.

Benzo's are said to raise your chance of getting Alzheimer's by like 70%. And they (like all drugs) are not good for the body and damage the liver and kidneys. That is why I was glad to get off them.

Hi Jeff, most people have heard of The Big Berkey gravity fed countertop water filters with a black filter. Those filters are absolute junk and do no seal well at the ends. Hi Jeremy sorry for the late response, must have missed your comment two months ago. Type "water fasting heals optic nerves " into google and there are some accounts of that. In my studies your body will try to heal everything, when you take food out of the way and give your system time to heal. There are even accounts I have read where quadriplegics nerves grew together again and they regained the ability to walk and move normally after fasting. Hi Cynthia my cut and paste is not working. Type into KZbin "Distilled water causes early death", and click on the Video by Andrew Norton Webber. Distilled water is the only water to drink for optimal health 365 days a year. Spring water (or mineral water), is full of "inorganic minerals" not organic minerals. These inorganic minerals are what build up in your body's organs and cause health problems. Organic minerals were not made to ever be obtained from the water we drink. But from the vegetables and fruits we consume. It is widely accepted that Distilled water is the best water to drink during a water fast. As it binds and absorbs toxins which allows you to excrete them during the fast. Your body scales back its need for all minerals and vitamins during a fast anyway, so there is not real need to supplement with anything during a fast. Your body will heal more than any other time while water fasting.

Yes Jessica your in luck as my back used to be a mess since I was like eighteen. I used to lift a ton of weights and body-build (although you'd never know it to look at me now)! LOL! I had herniated disc's degenerated disc's and pinched nerves in my low back and neck. My back feels fine now after all the fasts. I'm also suffering because of benzo withdrawal. I have one question because I'm new to this. I do intermittent fasting. It started on its own since I really felt terrible because of horrific symptoms and I couldn't eat for the last few weeks. I already had a few setbacks that prolonged my recovery for at least a year. Since last few days I noticed that I feel kinda better if I eat less and less frequent, so now I eat only twice a day. I didn't eat last 2 days for at least 16 hours in a row. What water fasting actually means? Does it mean that you didn't eat at all for 21 days or did you eat less frequently and drink more water? Can I still benefit if I eat only once a day? Is it dangerous to try suddenly to go for 2 or even 3 days without eating anything at all? I did notice that eating less is making me feel kinda stronger inside though I still have many horrific benzo symptoms.

Hi 007, yes water fasting is just drinking distilled water only with no food or anything else to drink. There is a Fasting Center in Santa Anna Ca. named "True North Health" that has medically supervised water only fasted thousands of people over a 30 year period successfully. There is also "Tanglewood Wellness Center" in Costa Rica ran by Loren Lockman . Another fasting center but he is not a Doctor, and there are some in Europe I do believe as well. For myself I started with 16/8 intermittent fasting. For me, I liked to eat at like noon until 6:00 pm two meals no snacks. I take maybe two hours to slowly graze on all the food I am eating for the day. When you follow a ketogenic diet, your body is fat adapted to burn fat instead of carbs. That takes like three to five days to get in full ketosis. Nikoli, if you like the way your feel after a few days on a water fast being in full Ketosis. You can start a Keto diet when you stop the fast and remain in Ketosis indefinitely.

@@007koko007 You may want to try longer fasts? 48 - 72 hrs. I've been doing 18.5 hr dry fasts daily for a month and have been healing fast. Nerve+ brain issues. Mixing in 24s and 48s really helps, eating better should probably be a 'must'. Much care. Chck w/ ur Dr ofc. ..
