I wish he referenced some of the sources in the presentation. For example in the section on 'Are requirements important?' two separate studies are referenced, but no details are given for us to explore the original studies. Just my feedback. Overall presentation seems like a good review of the topic. I do enjoy this format more than simply reading the textbook.

Thanks for such good information and knowledge! I have one question, which is the exact difference between the "Observe and React" and the "Environment Control" patterns? I see the "Environment Control" as a specific version of the "Observe and React", where the "Control Process" implements a control algorithm and is a fine-grained version of the "Analysis Process".
