Thanks, Yes sure - we do this a little different to other builders. We charge a consultation fee to come out and give advice and an opinion on the project whereafter we then can do a quotation on the project. Reach out.

@@LebogangMpofu-h1r oh, I understand your statement. It's all about YOU. Bigpond have stated this themselves in a video before because of people like you asking about working for them. If you want to work for them, you have to bring something to the table that they don't have already. "Skills and experience" in what? That says nothing. You literally said you want to work for them so that you can learn about property, so doubt you have anything to add of value to experienced flippers. If you really want to learn, buy their course.

My dad was an investor on the first property where he gave the property, yes. The tone in your question does suggest this to be a little bit of a dig? If it is, everyone has someone. If you do the work and find the deals, I will even be the investor.

Kitchen looks super bad.... you get away with super cheap reno coverups. I watch all your video's... I am actually shocked you get people who buy these houses with painted windows and cupboards. In CT its impossible....

I am not always a fan of the old style wooden cupboards, but I love these ones. Just perfect with charcoal tops The use of charcoal and white in walls and doors is superb Beautifully done!

Great job. When house hunting in pretoria you get to see mock-up houses, which is a turnoff. The expense of returning the house to original plan must have been a headache.
