We do yes. We do it a little bit differently from how most other builders work. We do a consultation(for which we charge a fee) where we give ideas on design and practicality of the design and construction. Thereafter we do a quotation, which if you go ahead with, we then credit the cost to the total of the quotation.

If you want to work for them, you have to bring something to the table that they don't have already. "Skills and experience" in what? That says nothing. You literally said you want to work for them so that you can learn about property, so doubt you have anything to add of value to experienced flippers. If you really want to learn, buy their course.
