Wow...the overall costs were high but definitely are able to recover that, if they were to sell. Woodhill is a prime area. Deep pockets wont mind paying for the lux look and feel.

We use almost exclusively white Roof Paint on our interiors. Which tiles are you referring to? Backsplash/Kitchen/Floors? Most of our tiles are sourced from Power Tiles in Garsfontein.
