Damn, mine has the same power supply but a few extra cables. Mine werent labeled like yours but I labeled them as I was taking them off using masking tape and of course two of the labels came off, one im pretty sure goes to the chassis but the other is a crap shoot. The Lite I have must be the only one wired like it because I have a mage and it is like yours. I have 3 crealitys and not one has made it past 9 months without laying down, the other 2 about 6 months. Mage, bad lift motor, ender3 max, 2 bad steppers, the Lite, a bad lcd and now power supply and their customer/warranty service is the absolute worst of any company that I have ever dealt with. One tip for you, keep a CLOSE eye on the seal around the lift screw. Every time Ive opened mine somehow resin has found its way down it and thats with not one single spill other than a small drip here or there while removing the plate and they were wiped up immediatly. Good luck with yours broh.

Hi! I am currently encountering this issue on my Bambu Lab P1S.. after around 5 months of owning it. Just a quick one - the original belt tension procedure from Bambu themselves reference untightening the screws, moving toolhead back and forth before tightening again. However, many people have complained of a ringing effect on their prints now due to doing this procedure. I am wondering, is there a chance of this happening during your procedure? If you can elaborate that would be great. Thank you!!

The silly thing is, Bambu Labs recommends greasing the edges of the belt to reduce friction/noise when they run up against the flanges. To be fair, they stress using only a faint film of grease. Bambu knows about the alignment issue and tells us to use a 'band-aid'.

@@pirobot668beta i would not recommend lube on the flanges - damn that sounds wrong but you know what i mean (grease and belts tend not to mix)

Why would these fucking idiots design a printer that has this issue. Not only is it a stupid design, but the tensioning method is stupid too, it could easily be two screws adjusting it, rather than screws clamping down blocks. DO NOT BUY BAMBU, IT'S $2,000 FOR PRINTERS THAT DON'T WORK.

Hello, Thanks for making this video. Regardless of whether it ends up working for me (only time will tell), I gained significant knowledge from your methodology and explanation. Strange question though, its not of paramount importance but I thought I'd ask anyway. After you have removed power from your unit and loosened the tensioner screws, when you are moving the tool head around, does the light inside of your tool head turn on periodically? I'm not sure if the P1S has a toolhead light, but the one that activates on my X1C is in the front cover plate and is responsible for lighting up the logo on the cover. Very strangely, when i move the toolhead around with enough speed, despite being completely unpowered, the light on the toolhead will flash on for a moment. I imagine enough power is being generated when I move the tool head that it can power the light for an instant. Surely all units do this, but I wanted to make sure my unit isnt defective by asking here, since the wiki doesnt say anything and a cursory google search turned up no results. Anyone who reads this is welcome to respond, not just Ken.
@KenprintsАй бұрын
@@blakes8901 yes it will light up so dont move it so much that it is lighting up (dont persist doing it as it may harm your board as its generating its own power) i may have shown it being moved too fast in the video
