Biggest secret of World 7-6 is you can fly right over the intro wall with a P-wing and complete the course in actual 10 seconds.

I wonder if the underground Pipe Maze from the SMB3 cartoon is specifically based on level 10:24. That's the closest resemblance in the original game, especially with the blueness P.S., if anyone wants to see the Pipe Maze from the cartoon, it's in Misadventures in Babysitting/Mighty Plumber

I used to LOVE this game, and even the 2nd one too. Out of all the worlds in mario 3, this one was my favorite because it had the twisty-fortress, and had land and clouds. It was definately different. Good video

Curious to know if that pipe icon in between the two piranha plants at the far right upper right hand corner of the map is accessible somehow? This is something i've always wondered since childhood, and till this very day, i haven't come across a single KZbinr whom has ever touched base about it. Seriously, you'd think someone would talk about that. But literally nobody has. I've searched high an low for different channels to see if anyone has spoken about it, mentioned it at any time, and not a soul. Someone has to do a boundary break or something. I feel like the only one who notices this.

@@user-cp4qq1ym6f i know on the pal version it does not work and in the japanese version it requires a different approuch while in early versions of ntsc mario 3 with the right bros logo the strategy you use also don’t work but as far as i am aware off mario 3 with the left bros logo on it,your strategy approuch should work,now while i do own the ntsc rom of that game on my flash card,i simply cannot tell whether it’s the left bros or right bros version,UNLESS i will use a hex editor to look at a certain number in the rom wich can indicate whether it’s the early right bros or the later left bros version of it,if you own physical copies of both versions then you can simply look at the logo on the coverart to determine whether it’s the left bros or the right bros logo version.

1 - With a hammer, winning the hammer brothers. 2 - In case I get killed in the ending, the final ship is moving, and with the anchor I can make it stop.

That opening level is one of the few levels in the entire game that has more than one way to exit. A lot of people say all the levels are Linear They're not

It's a button combination, hold B to carry the shell and run to take off, then press A to fly. At first it can be tricky with just one finger, but if you don't have enough practice you can use two fingers

Not really helpful but it is if you want to get the coins. Also in World 4X4 you don't need the 🐸 suit to go inside the pipe secret

In the level 2 I think you need all the 24 coins, and not only 22, to get the white mushroom house appear

@@Nomeleas If you get 22 coins you will get the white mushroom house, and if you get more than 22 coins you will also get it. I encourage you to do the test yourself.

@@user-cp4qq1ym6f I have a saved game just before taking the first coin. I have testet it again. With 22 or 23 coins, the ship doesn't appear. You need all 24 coins.

I figured the one in the 2nd tank level out on my own before. It only worked for me once or twice though, and I have died from drowning since then trying to do it.

I don't know why this could happen, it seems like a cache error, when that happens I would recommend restarting the game and starting over from that point.
