I figured the one in the 2nd tank level out on my own before. It only worked for me once or twice though, and I have died from drowning since then trying to do it.

I don't know why this could happen, it seems like a cache error, when that happens I would recommend restarting the game and starting over from that point.

@@77RetroGamer It happened at the spot you were at about 3:29 because the tank was so low that there wasn't much space between the tank and the bottom of the water
