What kind of paper is that and the brush you use to remove the color?

I like your palates and how you organize the colors.

Love these colors together. Could you pleaae twll me what was in the second bottle that was filled with yellowish orange fluid? I see you also used bleach but cannot think what could of been in the second bottle? Maybe watered down soap? Anyways hope you are well!

Have you looked at any of Karlyn Holman's books? She took a lot of inspiration from Nita Engle.

I know this must come from experience, but how do you determine the placement of your flowers and leaves?

Your work is so beautiful! I’m mesmerized whenever you paint. I am brand new to watercolor so I am a bit intimidated by such wonderful work painters like you create! I must tell myself i can’t expect to do more than I can do right now. Practice, practice, practice-don’t get discouraged, and most of all, have fun learning! Nice selection! You might also really like Hazel Soan's books. Her use of light is stunning, and she is really good at teaching quick watercolour sketching. Her smaller how-to books are also not too expensive. 😊

At first I couldn’t see the moth, I was seeing a cave painting? Weird how the brain interprets some images, well my brain anyway😄 I was the moth eventually and it was a beauty. Thanks Kari 💗💗

The amount of details is amazing! I can't express enough how much I love it. This shows how much patience and self control you have with shading and coloring. If I would paint something like this, It would look crazy right away. Very very well done. 😘
