By the way, Yuichiro is written as 有一郎. 有（yu) means "exist". Muichiro's older brother, Yuichiro, was also only 10 years old. It was no easy feat for two children without relatives to survive in the mountains. Yuichiro may have been so harsh towards Muichiro because he himself was anxious and lonely, and because of the tension and sense of responsibility he felt to protect his younger brother. That was Tanjiro's dad doing the fire dance. Maybe there was confusion and they meant that Yuriichi isn't the same person as Tanjiro's dad which a lot of people confuse them for? The endings won't always be something important, or directly related to the episode, occasionally they will be. It's simply about learning more about the world of demon slayer, whether it be silly things, or more important things about characters or the world. The chosen one thing is about people born with the mark, which tanjiro actually wasn't, or people who are sun breathers, or have latent abilities. It's not exactly one thing, it's basically people who are born strong and capable of protecting others? At least that's how I believe it's meant to be portrayed.
