Have never been to South Beach. I'm a little confused because this is in Miami and in the next cruise video you're sailing from Orlando. ?

@@kims1941 Thanks for the question. We sail out of Miami often and we love staying in South Beach Miami when we do. In our latest video we did sail out of Port Canaveral but that was our 3rd sailing of this year.

We didn't purchase anything other than the food and drinks but we believe it! There was quite a bit of sales pressure from the shops as well.

Definitely! The location is great. The pool there is small, but you also have access to the Circa's huge "Stadium Swim" day club. I wouldn't overpay for it though. We got a pretty good deal when we stayed there.

That small room is the smoking casino. The main casino is smoke free

That's what we thought as well but they had a no smoking sign in this small casino room. We never saw anyone in this small room anyways and the main casino was already smoke free so not sure why this room is even here. On the MSC Seascape its a billiards room.

You can walk into the Aurea Spa area and the gym is free to use. Massages, thermal spa, salons, etc are not free to use and you will have to pay extra for that unless you have a higher tier package like Aurea or Yacht Club which gives you a free thermal spa and I believe a 10% discount on spa services. The gym is very nice though.

Thanks for the comment. Our day didn't go as planned as you saw. In addition, I couldn't get much for good video of the beaches as the water was very turned up from Debbie that went through the area the previous couple days before. We loved the ship! It is stunning but we were disappointed with the service 😢 we found it took ages to be served at the bars and seemed strange that you couldn’t have your drink in the pool in the adults only section.

The bars were hot and miss for us. We had pretty fast service at the atrium bar on deck 5, but found other bars like the one at the adult only pool to be a little slow as one example.

About 10 mins walking casually. The pier is on the longer side but there is a shuttle that runs back and forth from the ships.

Main Street Station has a very good buffett. Their microbrewery is also good. I ate there too when I actually lived in Las Vegas. Main Street Station is owned by the Boyd Group which has a few hotel/casinos in Las Vegas. They used to have a presence on Las Vegas Blvd., then they traded that property for another. There used to be The Great Buffett at Sam's Town. Another Boyd property. This is a very good buffett.

Passports are not needed but it's a good idea to carry a photo ID like your driver's license and always carry your cruise card. The chips and drinks came to about $45 if we remember correctly.

The pool areas are free to use but if you want to use the lounge chairs there are signs indicating you need to purchase a drink or food to use. Food and drinks are not included in your package , so you will have to pay for those.

Stayed there the End of June. Not impressed at all. Spent my Last Night at the Fremont Casino much nicer. This hotel needs a refresh bad. Those TV's are 15 20 years old. Won't be going back.

I have passed by the Aztec hundreds of times. Never tried the food. Looks good. Ocean One $5.99 lunches are not bad if you pick the right one. Pop up pizza at the Plaza is lot cheaper than most pizza by the slice places. Pizza Rock across from the Fremont is a bit more but better. The $2.00 hot dog and PBR at the Downtown Grand is probably the cheapest cheap eat in Vegas

Depending on where you start in Vegas it will be around 2 hours & 15 mins. If you leave early like around 8 in the morning you will have more than enough time to get there and see everything. Hope this helps!
