I have passed by the Aztec hundreds of times. Never tried the food. Looks good. Ocean One $5.99 lunches are not bad if you pick the right one. Pop up pizza at the Plaza is lot cheaper than most pizza by the slice places. Pizza Rock across from the Fremont is a bit more but better. The $2.00 hot dog and PBR at the Downtown Grand is probably the cheapest cheap eat in Vegas

There aren't any left Marie. Southpoint and Main Street Station are 2 affordable/decent options
