My gray cap won’t unscrew

I just purchased this from Marshalls and it didn't come with the concentrate. Where can we buy the concentrate cartridges? Can we use soap in the bottle?

God ,just bought it and the button doesn't click . They not fit into each other. So disappointed 😞.

This bottle honestly sucks. It’s not the cleaning solution itself but the replacements. They do not come out! I’ve watched every video followed all directions and the refill is just stuck no amount of prying with tweezers or other tools gets it out. Needless to say I’ve tossed it and gone back to other products. While attempting to get the refill out it wound up actually cutting my hand.

This mop is SO SHORT!!

To help put the handle together, I removed the BOTTOM section of the handle by having my wife push the little white tab in while I pulled the gray pipe out. This disconnects the swivel end, so you have a blunt pipe to push against. I then put the blunt end on the floor (in the garage), so I could push hard and force the upper handle onto the lower piece. Then the lower piece easily re-inserted into the wobbly end. You might also want to use some fine grade sandpaper to clean up any ridges on the plastic male end, that got there from trying to force the pieces together. Sand lengthwise, not crosswise to it's length.

does anyone know how to remove the bottle for a second use, so many comments here asking but no one is replying with exactly how you remove the bottle, do I just pull it out or how? I have been trying but no luck.

Just tried mine. Wouldn't spray so I punched little holes in it. Now tiny water sprays come out. Not worth the headache.

Mine won’t spray

People do not buy this product, it is nearly impossible to pull the water container out when needs a refill and then with much frustration if you do get it out, it is H#@% getting it back in. This is going straight to the garbage, what a waste of my hard-earned money.

I went through a bottle of this thinking it was a bad product when actually it was just water I was using this whole time, I hadn't gotten it "clicked" so it wasn't infused - the lack of instructions is a mistake.

My insert got stuck in the bottle . I might have put it backwards 😮

Horrible product!! It shows you how to set it up but not how to use it a second time. I can’t remove the water tank or empty infuser! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! It is a waste of money!!! So disappointed I bought this. It’s going in the garbage.

Can the water tank be removed once it’s been installed? I can’t get it out. I need to add more water and another infuser but it won’t budge. Help!! There’s no videos how to use it a second time. I can’t get the thing out. It’s suppose to be used more than once but I can’t remove it. It was a big mistake to but this. I’m so disappointed in this product. What a waste.

Where is a link to get a replacement bottle? Mine is cracked at the top and leaks any time the mop isn't kept upright.

I put it together just fine; however..... it won't freaking spray out... omgawd.... I can't get this thing to spray for the life of me. I love the smell of the lemon and I was excited to try this, but, even after watching this vid and doing everything right, the stupid thing won't spray... no matter how many times I squeeze the handle... it even had bubbles after I put the bottle back in again and still.... no spray... wth... Going back to Target tomorrow. They can keep it!

Problem I had is the cartridge depicted as clear. If the illustration showed the cartridge w label, then it would be easy to tell the whole cartridge drops into the bottle.

but how do i get the spray mop pad off from the rest of the mop?

This doesn't fix the issue in a mop that suddenly stopped spraying . . . Called the 800 number & awaiting a response

Inside the cap the rubber thingy has come off. It's clear. How do I put it back on?

The lemon eucalyptus for the bathroom smells awfull! I hope this isn't the price to pay for cleaning with a non toxic solution. I am disappointed for now my bathroom smells exactly like a public restroom's generic cleaning solutions. I hope I can use something else in this bottle and not be stuck with these infusions. I'll try the other scents hopefully they are better. I was rushing and filled water up past the line. It was heavy like my hydro flask and had to use two hands. I really like the whole concept of this product line. It really makes cleaning more organized and enjoyable but omg that lemon eucalyptus scent....

are the filter recyclable??

I couldn't get it to infuse by putting it in normally or using the spoon. Eventually I had to shove a screw driver into the nozzle to get it to do anything. I really want to like this mop but so many people including myself ar having issues with the set up. It should be much easier than this!

Don't be fooled. It is NOT as easy to get out with pliers as they make it look. I got two types of pliers, one of which is pretty heavy duty, and still couldn't get it out. My whole issue in the first place was that the bottle wasn't infusing and I wanted to take it out and see if I had done it wrong. I couldn't get it out, so then I just shoved a screwdriver into the little nozzle and it finally infused. Don't know what I'm going to do when I run out of water thought because it STILL WONT COME OUT. What a joke. Super cool mop in theory but the execution of putting it together is wack.

It was crazy hard connecting the poles together. It almost felt like the female end was just a few millimeters too small for the male end you needed to connect to. I tried a few times and had to back it off when it got misaligned from the tab thats supposed to click into, and it took some decent effort to pull it back off, scratching the male ends plastic up and all that. I was able to eventually get it connected by putting my right/strong hand on the top pole with my thumb facing away from me, my other hand on the lower pole (thumb also facing away), standing on the mop head with both feet, the pushing directly downward as hard as I could putting my 220lb weight into the top pole via my right/strong hand and pulling up with my other hand. Felt over complicated for putting a mop together.

So far very pleased with this and some of the cleaners. Like everyone has said you need to include a more detailed booklet. Nowhere in there does it say which way the infuse concentrate needs to go in, and whether or not we leave the water container in the mop. Overall we like it and so do my kids as they do a lot of cleaning.

Hi I like this Infuse and I tried this method and still doesn't spray. I only used it 5 times!

I do not have any spray coming out of my mop. Then I put it aside for a few days and came back and all my water dissipated into the air... wasted a canister, time and money! Now had to come to watch video's to find out why I do not have any spray dispersing.

Trigger handle broken. Can i get it seperately that handle alone. If possible, where can i buy?

Nothing irate me more than these types of set-up. They are not "easy" to install and the materials are so cheap that it can easily jam or get stuck. I'm returning this shit. The biggest problem is the pole, who thought it was a smart idea to have the pole assembled that way?

just bought one excited to use it and then it doesn't fit into the holes so it can't spray. I have tried my hardest but it's not able to click. Disappointed I have to exchange when trying a new item.
