Can"t remove the bottle to refill with water!!!!

I've purchased this product and have been having one HELL of a time with it: I fear that I cannot leave the tank in the mop (or anywhere, really) without it leaking all over the place. Do you have any suggestions to fix this?

How in the hell do you remove the bottle to put water in it?

Hi there, simply pull the bottle from the mop base and make sure to tighten the white cap. Then fill at a sink. We have some set-up videos on here that can help :)

@infuseclean Mine will NOT release. It is stuck so tightly that I feel like the whole mop is going to snap if I pull any harder.
