Casabella Infuse Fix-it Series: Mop Sprayer Not Spraying

Watch this video to learn how to troubleshoot and fix a Casabella Infuse Mop that isn't spraying using these easy steps,
1. Double-check that the mop poles are securely in place, with the white tabs clicked through the metal hole. Otherwise, the trigger won’t work.
2. Test the spray trigger. If it doesn’t give some resistance check the poles again.
3. Lay the mop flat on the ground and pump the trigger. This will release the trapped air.

I've had three infuse mops now and all of them stop spray. Thankfully, the company replaced two of them but I won't be purchase again. One of the triggers also snapped.

just bought one excited to use it and then it doesn't fit into the holes so it can't spray. I have tried my hardest but it's not able to click. Disappointed I have to exchange when trying a new item.

This is happening to me too. The sprayer is very weak. The steel pole was extremely hard to push down like it was made a millimeter too small.

Hi I like this Infuse and I tried this method and still doesn't spray. I only used it 5 times!

When it's laying down, pump 20-30 times. Couple times of pumping won't clear the air.

Same with mine barely got it this weeks and it’s been used 3 times only and already stopped working

Well I got mines fix,i don't know if this would be helpful to you guys but at the tip of insert it has a extra shield in the inner ring remove piece that turn downwards into the infuse bottle you will see a clear plastic thing like a filter..pull it out its like a cricket T with a oiece overlapping as if you can bore it with pin but that didn't help just pull it out and set it up back and you should be able I pore warm water into the spray bozzle without the bottle on and it spray since I'm using this the 1st time but after taking out the small clear plastic filter thing it's working only thing is it will pour out water I think that thing is to stop the water from coming flush,but it isn't much and its working..so there it goes

Just tried mine. Wouldn't spray so I punched little holes in it. Now tiny water sprays come out. Not worth the headache.
