Look, I just stumbled on Genetry today. I'm in the market for a reliable off grid inverter. The USA needs exactly the product you're making but your business practice is not good. You need to market your product as a "victron killer", or something similar. When you have the best product you can charge the highest price. You should not be pricing your 6k at a point you could lose money. Raise the price so that cannot happen! You can reduce prices when your selling at scale. If you post another KZbin video, highlight your product! Show it working. Show it being used for RV which is likely a huge portion of your market. Compare it to EG4 products. Use it with EG4 SoK LiTime batteries. Show it charging Teslas. Get a hold of Will Prowse and have him invest and highlight it on the biggest YT solar channel. Sell to North America your customer service and job creation, stuff we don't get when purchasing Chinese crap from Amazon. I wish your company the best. Would love to see a good American product go mainstream.

I don't even own one yet and the first thing that I thought was that the filter you get seems to be not very good. So I thought, just place a hepa house filter on the top of it. I also use Hepa filters on the back of box fans to suck the wildland smoke out of the air.

Dirty dusty environment, gotta clean it more frequently in that filthy room. My same unit is in my garage and gets dusty after 6 months. I certainly would have noticed the dust on the fan which is a big red flag, any amount is a sign. Throw a better filter on top or stop the dust storm in that room.

Toss the plastic filter, purchase the ducting kit and make a filter box. Furnaces come with crappy filter systems too and the owners manuals make it seem like it will do the job. It won’t. Go the extra mile to protect your investment. I use paint booth filter material in my HVAC return air vents as pre filters feeding a huge home made box that uses two 25x25x2” pleated filters. I tape them so no air sneaks by. Works like a charm and has very low restriction. A-coil stays nice and clean.

I got one of those 6,000 LF inverters with a blueish sticker on it and you do absolutly not have no warranty, they just say you do. They wanted to charge me $120 shipping from California to N.Carolina to send my 5 burned up boards that are small enough to hold in my hand. The heck it does cost $10 to do that, not $120. The heck , I bought all 5 boards for $45 cheaper brand new and got free shipping instead using their effen waranty. That company is a ripp off and you not really have any WARRENTY whatsoever.

This is a terrible design. They're going to have to come out with models that are split systems with line sets that have the evaporator outside. It's SO much easier to hose out an outdoor unit. Plus during the summer, the heat pump will have access to so much more heat. It won't work as good in the winter when it has to defrost and sometimes run the elements, but just get averaging on your electric bill to help with that. Long story short, these should be treated like heating and cooling heat pumps.

Get a gas heater and forget about it.

In my situation, there is an ice formation on coil radiator. Coverng up to quarter or more, depending on humidity in my garage. I live in humid South East conditions. That is major problem, by design. No defrosting abilities by design.

I have an aosmith hybrid heat pump and it ended up with compressor error so all aosmith does is replace the whole thing. Luckily, i received it from my energy provider and they installed it for me. So are you making a video on showing how to clean the compressor?

Dont bother with these water heaters...im a retired plumber now but was in the trade for over 32 years and did hundreds of water heater repairs and installations.Back in the day when we didnt have all this eco crap requirements water heaters lasted 15-20 years without touching them...sure these hybrid waterheaters along with the tankless ones do cost less to operate but you will more than spend any savings on trying to keep them working.

Guys please do it self a favor and don't buy!!! I have it less than 3 years, multiple problems, right now is at complete heat pump broken and home depot doesn't want obey warranty. Rheem is not helpful at all (10 years warranty, right). Saving money, are you kidding, that thing is starts to suck money from your pocket from a day 1, and babysitting and headache!

2nd hpwh from Rheem, they replace the first one after two years. This hpwh has been throwing error codes 005 for the last six months at its 2year anniversary and I now have to pull the thing apart and put three thermistors into it. This water heater sits in the basement of a 184-year-old house and the filter was a little dirty, but not as bad as my upstairs heat pumps get. My opinion of Rheem heat pump water heaters is that they are fine 2 year water heaters. Oh forgot to mention mine runs about 60 to 70 dB, so I’m gonna try putting the three thermostats in, but my next step is to get a Bradford white hpwh. The service technician that I called said that he services Rheems all the time, error codes is what they do.
