I’m sorry but after watching this video… what the hell do you even eat? Giving me almond mom vibes here. Telling people with eczema including me to stop eating basically every food group is just going to add another illness to the list- an ED.

thank you TSW can be costly supplements creams foods etc x I've had it 8 months flare-ups and down worse on my neck twice on antibiotics from dr :( I have followed your channel and made a few recipes made the courgette and rice spaghetti pasta a bit naughty, but did add parmesan cheese at the time also purchased sheep's cheese lighter nice I've spent a lot on supplements from British Supplements can get very confusing supplements I was taking or am taking turmeric, glucosamine sulfate, omega algae, magnesium, it d3 and k2 , probiotics, b12 spirulina I've just brought the vit c powder and zinc capsules on your channel as advised I was going to reorder but thought I would check your clip on supplements first I wasn't aware probiotics had histamine in them or other supplements I believe amino acids are good for tsw and also just saw berberine is very good as nad blockers? Please advise. It is much appreciated I will be making your bread soon 😍

hi there i came across your channel and i feel like im learning so much, thank you! :-) im currently on month 6 of tsw and i seem to keep resetting my progress from the itch scratch cycle. i lost like 20 pounds during this time because i feel like i cant eat much without getting the bone deep itch. it has been a tiny bit more tolerable lately. What would you recommend for someone like me who would love to gain that weight again? thank you! also i’ve noticed i get crazy itchy when i consume sugar and i can’t eat anything spicy anymore.

Worked perfectly for me! I got a whole new face. Got the photos to prove it. But it’s not just about the skin. It’s an internal and lifestyle issue as well.

I did NMT and basically didn’t wash my face at all for a while because I though it would heal my contact dermatitis and inflammation. It was the biggest mistake of my life and it left me with permanent greasy skin on my face and scalp and regardless of what I do it doesn’t go away. Unless you are suffering from TSW doing no moisture therapy doesn’t make any sense and will change your skin permanently. My once dry skin is now extremely greasy 24/7 and feels very dirty and due to all the greasiness my face also now looks darker than the rest of my body. I feel and look terrible and I’m left suicidal from doing this to myself. I hope I can warn some people here to be cautious with doing NMT because it can cause permanent damage to the skin, I hope no one ends up in the state that I’m in 😔

When it was really bad i just stopped showering, without even knowing about nmt. The water would just hurt too much on my skin. I now bought a saltwater showerhead. It helps a little but I definetly dont shower everyday.

I could use some tips of dealing with the neck. No moisture =my neck splitting open and bleeding! What can I do??
@dianag59Ай бұрын
my neck has been the first spot to give me issues and it seems to be the spot thats healing first! after a long battle i realized that wrapping it in gauze with a thick layer of aquaphor and letting it sit for at least 3 days will let it flake up and the cuts will heal very fast. but you can’t scratch it. if you have to, wrap your neck with gauze very thick so you won’t claw your way through like i would sometimes. once it flakes and the gauze is ready to be removed, be very careful because your skin will be fragile. then you can start nmt since the skin is no longer raw and open.
