The acoustic guitar is the true test it sound more open on the mid range to the Warm audio the Klark Teknik filter a lot but seems mufled and that not what a boost attenuated program EQ is supposed to do, i have the softube replica of the lydcraft and it filter and boost a lot and are totaly customisable with taste it's save my ass when i have harshness it make the sound smoother and more broadcast ready . The warm audio have my favor on this demo ...

Are you using positive threshold levels because of a loud incoming signal that reacts to the compressor so high above 0 or is this something else in play? When playing drumms you go to - levels ... Nice vid by the way. Warm audio bus comp is the king for the price.

How can be this compared against plugins? (Waves, UADs) are KT2A better than them?

The output of my EQP-KT dips -6db. I've gone through 3 units and they've all done this so far. This is with balanced cables, balanced outputs and inputs with a 0.0db pink noise and sine put through the DAWs' External effects plugin ("Pipeline" in Presonus).I have to add 6db to the effects return or change the soundcards input from +4 to -10 .Anyone else finding this? It seems crazy that 3 units would all e faulty and they're all perfectly -6db lower on the output.

Wow! This is a really great video! So many of these types of videos are full of people talking for almost half of them, you got straight to the music, I really appreciate this, and I've made a decision to go ahead and get the BUS COMP. Again, great video. 🙏🏾

These are two completely different amps. MIG 60 is like a Marshall JCM 800 and MIG 50 is like a Fender Bassman. Both are awesome and the your demo is very good but you can´t compare the two amps.

Marshall and Soldano sounded really good. Mesa was too dark and bassy, Sovtek was shrill.

One thing to note is that the Attack and release on the Purple Audio, Warm 76 the attack should be counterclock wise as the parameters are top right - fast attack , - top left slow release . This should be set up different for a more precise comparison.. CHeck it out, Manley and Tweaker are such versatile units. PD: dbx160 worked surprisingly good 124 king of winner at heavy duty, tonso f character

Both sound good. Different. However the real magic with the EHX MIG 50 is using a Y cable to run both inputs at the same time and blend them to taste. It completely changes the character of the amp and is far superior in my opinion to just using the normal or bright channel on their own. It completely becomes a different amplifier

You have Manley and Chandler gear in your racks. Why devalue your studio by putting in Warm Audio anything? I’d love to take your channel seriously but I can’t with that shit in your racks.

KT def more transparent, if you are looking for more analog color the WA does a better job, neither are a 76 but I honestly think if you are just trying to get away from plugins I would take the more transparent one. I do like what the Warm Audio one is doing more to these sounds over-all though. KT has way less saturation, which is what most people are looking for in a 76, so.. even though the KT def isn't as close to being a 1176, it's still very cool/useable.
