For the Pedestal on the washer, are you saying we need additional water lines? I have that particular washer. I'm waiting on the LG Signature turbosteam electric dryer

The pedestal washer needs water lines, but it’s not a big deal because you just use the Y splitter and hoses to connect it. No big deal.

Are the colors darker in person? That lunar gray looks white and the marine blue looks like a baby blue. I got two of their bands ordered, lunar gray and coastal rock or marine blue. I'm hoping they're darker in person.

I don't understand why these Americans want to have the biggest everything. Why would you buy such a big machine that's almost the size of a human being?

While I can’t speak for all Americans as you say, I can speak for myself. When I buy things something that is a factor for me is saving time. Time is more valuable than moving my case. So, if I can do all the laundry in the house in 1 load in a big machine and be done in 40 minutes. Vs 3-4 loads in 3 hours in a smaller machine, I’m buying the bigger machine to save time. I can now do other things outside of my home or focus on yard work and not have to worry about going inside to switch clothes from washer to dryer.

What is the total height from floor to top of dryer with pedestal, i have 54” from floor to bottom of my cabinets above, doing the math i am about 3/8” too short, how much adjustability is there in the feet of the dryer?

Yes, without the feet on the bottom being adjusted you’re right at 54 inches. But, my feet are adjusted and mine is sitting at 55.5 inches.
