Is a 4" vent hole enough to mitigate the about of negative pressure a vent fan creates?
@cargovanconversion11 күн бұрын
@@12vLife Probably not enough, but you have to remember that a van is basically leaking air everywhere, anytime. In the Ford Transit there is also a lesser known air vent with a filter that is accessible through the glove box, adding to the volume available. If you use the vent for removing hot air in summer, the best thing in my opinion is still adding as much insulation as possible. Nico van Dijk

Actually I like the language rant. I was born in Holland and am stuck with a Germanic language too. Where both languages have the same origin and are very similar in structure, pronunciation has changed over the years. But understanding and using German at a basic level is rather easy for many Dutchmen. BTW many more links the Dutch and Germans; p.e. the Dutch royals have a lot of German blood in their lineage, dating back hundreds of years. As a fact, most of the European royal families are inter-related. With regard to traveling, I did a hike today to Nockstein and Gaisbergspitze, both only about 15 minutes away from Salzburg. Had a great day today. Van Williams
@christian-schubert3 ай бұрын
Hey, me again 🥴 Nice too see you're enjoying your time in Salzburg. In case you're interested (if not, sorry for being a smarta**!) : in German, whenever you encounter "st-" or "sp-" at the beginning of a word, the "s" is typically pronounced as "sh". Funnily enough, in some minor German speaking "enclaves" you DO hear it being pronounced as only "s" (South African Kroondal German comes to mind). As far as pronunciation is concerned, German is a phonetic language, so the pronunciation of letters doesn't change with the context (contrary to English where you get fun stuff like bough, rough, cough, through - all being pronounced differently) Well, rant over, enjoy your stay! Cheers from the Viennese area 👍

Unfortunately, Hallstatt is completely overrun by tourists these days. I think they were even considering selling admission tickets at some point. They built an entire replica of it in China. Many nice hiking trails in the area though. Might also be worth checking out the Traunsee and the Traunstein. Gmunden and Traunkirchen come to mind.
