IIRC I feel like on your short about getting the previous lettuce slug (? I think it was called that), a BUNCH of informed people outlined a number of reasons they were gonna die… so the reasons probably aren’t THAT “unknown.” It would have been good to see you acknowledge your possible role in their loss, as it might prevent others from doing the same thing.

Nudis are great but once they finish off what's there and die out the aptasia come back. You need to pair with REAL peppermint shrimp. That will fix your problem.

The tentacles belong to a parasitic anemone called Aiptasia. The are pests in your aquarium that will kill and eat your live stock. It also reproduces quickly and needs to be dealt with aggressively.
