The dismissiveness of primary doctors is unacceptable and almost a universal standard of non care. A simple MRI of your chest would have saved so much in time energy and progression of the cancer. I hope you are well and I appreciate your sharing your story.

I'm a cancer patient I trained through out my treatment and have been since after my stem cell transplant, pile on afew kg of fat as it helps burn better when your sick muscles just go down very quick if your body fats low when unwell, eating can be a issue but T.H.C OIL will help with that giving you the munchies, that's how o do it 🎉🎉🎉

Interesting to hear that a GP in the great NHS wasn't able to correlate and diagnose Lymphoma when you had 8 of the 10 major symptoms flashing red. This is not a reflection on them as an individual, or the institution, but probably a result of institutional mismanagement and overworked practices. Patients wait an average of 19 days for an Apt/RDV and the doctors spend an average of 11 minutes with each patient (after having slept for 5 hours and seeing 50-60+ patients a day)

One question please 🙏 I've been getting some weird symptoms for 2 or 3 years now. Did any of your symptoms subside over time, or were they present constantly? I had severe itching for no apparent reason a few years ago, but they gradually finally subsided (still get occasional strong itchiness on my stomach and chest area). I also used to wake up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat, but that also stopped some time ago (so I thought it may have been stress related). I've had other weird symptoms I never used to have before. But I started feeling more at ease ever since they've subbsided. So I'm really interested whether the symptoms are constant or can they go away? Thank you. And all the best to you

I've had night sweats, drenching my bed for over, and the most terribly itchy skin that recently has gotten so bad I can't stand it. I'm so exhausted but alsoa mom working full time and going to college part time. I called for an appointment and it's 3 months away. I've lost 50 lbs. I'm very scared for my health but I work in Healthcare and any ER dr would hate me for walking in with these symptoms so I'll wait until May and pray that it's nothing.

Im currently getting tested. Ive had a lymph node in my neck that swelled years ago and that biopsy came back ok. But it hasnt reduced and infact it feels larger. I have a hard knot in the back of my neck that i complained about but i was told it was a muscle issue. That was 5 years ago. Now ...i have all these symptoms. I was told my chest pain was costochondritis. Then my night sweats..they said it was hormones. The rash/hives was called a reaction. Dizzy spells - just a bit of virtigo from sinuses ...literally everything i mentioened i was lead to believe i was nuts so I stopped. Now i tested positive for the BRCA1 and these knee jerk responses are not going to be enough. I usually have ongoinf swelling in my joints. My knuckels look like i hit somthing but ive been negative for lupus and ra but the root was never identified.

Hey, I don’t have any diagnosis but I have noticed that my lympth node under my armpit has been slightly swollen. The general doctor prescribed antibiotics as they ruled it to be a infection. Also, ever since yesterday i have been getting symptoms as if i had the cold/flu. Today was the first day i have a small fever and i have been having slight pain in my left groin area. Should I worry?

most boxing bags have a hook/ring on the bottom of the bag, if you get a good carabiner hook and a chain, then an eyebolt, you can anchor it to the floor. use the carabiner and the chain to adjust the give/tension of the bag. i have alot of the mira fit stuff too and its really really good kit for the price.

Dam, I got almost everything you said. My lymph nodes just started under my left armpit and on my groin. Had uncontrollable night sweats on three different occasions now. I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight and can’t put it back on. Exhausted all the time and been to ER twice in the last month for severe stomach pains, almost like my sternum. Not itching like you said but break out in rashes at times for no reason and now I have a nagging pain on left shoulder kinda like in the traps and neck. Weirdest part about it is my sister is now going through the same exact thing and she still doesn’t have a diagnosis either.

I have CHOP and am 3/6 rounds far and when that is done i must go under BEAM Chemo high Dose with Stemcell transplantation , Luckely the most heaviest part is supervised in the hospital untill i recover to acceptable level to go home.

I had planned on buying an M100 ppwer rack in a few months, as ive been very consistent over yhe last year and my set up js very basic (barbell, dumbells, split squat rack, chin up bar and dip station). Ended up picking one up 2nd hand this weekend from facebook market. It came with the pulley machine and a lot of industrial floor matting. But your idea abkut the floor paint is brilliant, as we have the same problem. Sp much dust no matter what we do and i have dust allergies. One tip ive seen elsewhere, put some stickers or masking tape to indicate the main heights for your key exercises. So you can always get your J hooks and safety bars in the right place without messing around. Your bench looks great by the way. So quick to adjust unlike my York one! Great video and tips. Woild be good to see how youve developed it now, a couple ofnyears down the line.
