Great to hear you're doing so well. :) I had my last chemo last Tuesday and so I'm just waiting for the last of the acute side effects to wear off. I can't wait to also start working on myself/my body post-chemo. That does sound like anxiety. I know I've noticed it creep up more on me too and I never had problems with anxiety prior to all of this. I think we just have to be mindful of it and if we notice it happening enough times that it makes our lives worse for it, then its time to check in with a professional. You're looking great and I'm glad you're feeling so good too. Keep at it! Best of luck with your check up. I'm sure it'll be just fine.

+Ermisenda Thinks thank you! How are you feeling now? The anxiety isn't too bad, I think it's something I can handle. Hopefully it will go away with time. Thank you for the kind words!

pdilan I'm feeling okay. I jumped into full-time work (two weeks after my last chemo), into a job I'd never done before, and I've had to jump straight out. I hit more side effect walls because I was pushing myself so much and I noticed my anxiety spiked. So I'm pulling back and giving my body some slack. I just thought if I put my mind to it, my body would follow. But I have to give it time to recover and I want to get on top of the anxiety, although it has calmed down a lot now. I think I'll go into something I'm familiar with and something that gives me more flexibility to work from home and such but still adds to my career path like a paid PhD. It'd start in April-ish. I'm in a phase of a lot of thought and reflection. I just want things to immediately go back to before, but they don't. I'm very glad to hear you're anxiety isn't too bad right now. Just keep an eye on it. :)

hey man, keep up the great work. so happy to hear your doing well. I just currently finished my 4th chemo and a week away from my 5th. it's def, harder than anyone could hear or prepare themselves for. again thanks for the information and the videos. def, keeps me pushing myself to finish this. Can I ask what stage of Hodgkins Lymphoma you had??

+pdilan my treatment is going good so far. this last session number 5 really got the best of me, with the side affects. I hear it only gets worst after this, so I'm trying to prepare myself mentally. I'm waiting and in two weeks, a week after session 6 I will get scans and see how the treatment is doing. Currently fighting stage 2b.
