I have blood tests every month, and my liver and kidney enzymes are always up, but I need something to help with energy as I suffer from fatigue. So is there any foods or plant based supplements that I could take that would help but don't interfere with that? I have RA as well as a host of other autoimmune diseases that leave me exhausted, and now dealing with a huge mass that Drs are concerned is lymphoma has caused me to lose over 10% of my body weight in 2 months. So now I'm weak as well as exhausted 😆, not a good combination especially when I don't know what to take for it that isn't riddled with toxic compounds. Plus living in America, I can't afford the tests on the mass right now, so I decided to let God have that worry and do what I can with clean eating and supplements until He makes a way. Sorry for the long post, but this came at the perfect time❤️

Sorry to hear that! In terms of energy levels, I would recommend supplementing Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and eating iron rich foods such as leafy greens!

Yup, but I use magnesium gels and lotions rather than actually taking it orally. The magnesium is mainly for recovery from training!
