hahahahaha I just finished the anime and searching about comparisons I've found this.

In the 1969 version, they made him seem like he lost most but not all vision and that he wad more able then he actually was, and being able to learn 50,000 kanji letters and above, while theres three different languages in japanese, while just getting ur voice back, it can take years, the 2019 version presented this BEAUTIFULLY, and the 1969 one didnt express his rage as beautifully as the 2019 one, like how he saw them as bad guys, and if he killed them, he would get mio back, have a great day and thank you for listening to me yap 😅❤

I love the remake but the original will be my favorite

I watched both and loved both but I still prefer the original since it has the classic feeling and odd tone that was more moving. Hyakimarru is also more powerful in the original since he learned to phantom talk and other things

アイゼンメンジャー症候群とは、生まれつきの心臓疾患のせいで、血液の流れ方の異常が生じ、そのダメージが肺血管に蓄積し、肺の血圧が高くなる状態を指します。アイゼンメンジャー症候群を発症すると、チアノーゼ、バチ指、労作時呼吸困難、胸痛などの症状が現れるようになります。一度アイゼンメンジャー症候群を発症すると、心室中隔欠損症など原因となった病気に対する手術治療ができなくなってしまい、むしろ病態を悪化させてしまいます。そのため、発症する前に、適切なタイミングで先天性心疾患の治療を行うことが大切です。また、アイゼンメンジャー症候群を発症した場合、肺の血管を拡張する薬物（ボセンタンやエポプロステノールなど）により治療します。 原因 アイゼンメンジャー症候群は、先天性心疾患を原因に発症します。血液の流れは左心系（体全体を流れる体循環）と右心系（肺へと流れる肺循環）から構成されており、これらは直列の関係になっています。つまり、左心系と右心系の間に血液のバイパス路（迂回する通路）が存在しない状態が正常ということです。しかし、心室中隔欠損症や動脈管開存症などの先天性心疾患が存在すると、左心系と右心系の間にバイパス路が形成されます。その結果、圧力の高い左心系から右心系へとバイパス路を介して異常血流が流れ込むことになります。右心系にかかる高い圧力や過剰な血流は、肺血管に対して持続的に損傷を加えます。そして、この状況が放置されると、治すことのできない肺血管狭窄をきたし、肺の血圧が異常高値を示すようになります。ある一定レベルまで肺高血圧が進行すると、右心系の圧力が左心系の圧力を超える、異常な状況に陥り、バイパス路を介した血流の流れが右から左へと逆転することになります。このような血液の流れを示す状況を、アイゼンメンジャー症候群といいます。 症状 アイゼンメンジャー症候群を発症すると、酸素が不足した血液が全身を巡ることになるため、チアノーゼを呈することになります。また、低酸素の状況が長く続くと、バチ指を示します。階段の上り下りなどの軽度の運動によっても呼吸困難を呈するようになりますし、症状が進行すると安静にしているだけでも息苦しさを覚えます。その他、動悸や胸痛、失神、喀血（または気管支の出血）、ふらつき、末梢の感覚障害、頭痛、浮腫などの症状も認めます。不整脈や血栓形成からの脳卒中、突然死などの合併症をみることもあります。特に、アイゼンメンジャー症候群を有する方が妊娠すると、妊娠されたご本人や赤ちゃんに対しての影響も大きいことが知られています。死亡につながるリスクも高いため、避妊もしくは妊娠早期での堕胎だたいを勧められることがあります。妊娠継続希望がある際には、担当医と相談の上、慎重な管理が求められます。　 検査・診断 アイゼンメンジャー症候群では、心電図検査、胸部単純レントゲン写真、心エコー検査、血液検査、CT・MRI、心臓カテーテル検査などが行われます。 心電図 不整脈や心臓への圧力負荷を評価することが可能です。 胸部単純レントゲン写真 心臓の拡大や肺動脈の拡大などを評価します。 心エコー 基礎となる先天性心疾患の形態学的な変化を確認することに加えて、肺の血圧を推定することが可能です。 血液 BNPを測定して心不全の状況を評価したり、クレアチニンやAST／ALTなどの項目から腎臓や肝臓の機能を確認したりします。 心臓カテーテル 患者さんの体への負担がやや高い検査ですが、肺の血圧を直接的に測定することができることから、より正確な血行動態評価を行えます。さらに、薬物負荷を行うことで、肺血管の機能がどの程度残存しているかを評価することも可能で、治療方針の決定に有益な情報となります。 治療 アイゼンメンジャー症候群を発症すると、原因となる先天性心疾患に対して根治的な手術を行えなくなってしまいます。したがって、より早期の段階で基礎疾患への治療を行うことが必要です。アイゼンメンジャー症候群を発症した場合には、血管拡張薬や心不全治療薬を組み合わせて治療を行うことになります。心不全の症状に応じてどのような治療薬を使用するかは異なりますが、肺血管の拡張を期待してボセンタンやエポプロステノールなどの薬剤を使用することになります。アイゼンメンジャー症候群が非常に重篤な場合には、心肺移植も検討されます。外科医　松平
